Case is 🔥
Just received my case and it looks very than I expected! If you are wondering if it looks exactly like in the pictures, yes it does. The material feels of good quality and it fit my phone perfectly. Shipping took about 3 weeks I believe. Will definitely order more in the future.

The case did not work for the phone and they wanted me to pay more for shipping to return it than the case cost. Or I could order another case from them at a discount don't order from this company

Hi KD,
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After reviewing your order, the case you received matches the model selected at checkout. Ordering the incorrect size doesn’t mean we made a mistake, and in these cases, our return policy requires return shipping to be covered by the customer.
That said, we always try to be fair — which is why our team offered both a discounted reorder option and the choice of a partial refund instead of a full return. If the item had been faulty or if an error had occurred on our end, we would’ve happily replaced it at no cost.
We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll continue working to make our process and options as clear as possible for all customers.

Crystal Palace phone case
Ordered a case for my sons iPhone (CPFC) and he is very happy with it. Took around 10 days to arrive in Australia but we thought it'd take longer.

The delivery time wasn’t too bad from the UK to AU. Was a bit disappointed in the overall look of the case once it arrived. The design on the case wasn’t as bright as it shows on the website and it wasn’t centered on the back so there is a bit of a gap on one side. Not the kind of result I’d expect for the price. Not worth the price unless they address those issues.

Hey David,
Thank you for sharing your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know. While we’re glad the delivery was smooth, we’re genuinely sorry to hear the print didn’t meet your expectations. That’s definitely not the quality we aim to deliver.
Every case is printed to order, and sometimes slight alignment or brightness variations can happen — but we’re always happy to make it right when they do. Please reach out to us at info@casexkingdom.com
with your order number so we can take a look and help sort out a replacement or alternative solution for you.

I love the case itself but the MagSafe is really poorly magnetic. I use a MagSafe charger/car mount and my phone falls off with every single bump I hit. I have never had this problem with MagSafe cases in the past.

Hey Aaron,
We’re really happy to hear you love the design — that means a lot to us! 💫
Regarding MagSafe, some of our designs — especially on the Matte Lux and Lux Cool ranges — include full-surface prints that extend over the magnetic ring. This can slightly reduce magnetic strength on certain mounts or chargers, depending on the setup.
Our focus has always been on creating unique, high-quality designs that stand out, but we’re continuing to refine our materials and MagSafe compatibility for future drops. 💪

Not impressed with the case
Not impressed with the case.
Firstly my football team logo doesn’t stand out like it does in their photos.
Secondly, the only way the case would go on was to remove the tempered glass screen protector I use.
Thirdly, the button covers make the buttons really hard to use now.
I’ve throwing it in the bin, not at all happy.

Hey Andrew,
We’re really sorry to hear your case didn’t meet expectations — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. The logo should stand out clearly, and our cases are designed to work with most screen protectors, so it sounds like something may have gone wrong here.

Hi Valerio,
Thank you for your review — we’re glad to hear you like the look of the case! 😊 We’re sorry though that the thickness of the case has impacted your MagSafe experience. While our cases are designed for protection first, we understand how important MagSafe functionality is, especially for suspended charging setups.
Please feel free to reach out to us at info@casexkingdom.com
