I ordered a Philodendron melanochrysum orange and at the same time emailed to ask information about another plant. They replied fast and with enthusiasm. The plant arrived perfectly, wrapped beautifully and with a cute card explaining how to take care of it. This plant nursery is amazing, I have fallen in love with it and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Habe super schöne Pflanzen erhalten zu einem Spitzenpreis, Verpackung war gut mit Isolier-Noppenfolie. Alle Pflanzen sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Versand von NL nach Bayern hat 3 Tage gedauert. Hier bestelle ich gerne wieder 👍🏻

I have purchased plants from Casa Botanica many times — both online with delivery to Germany and in person at plant fairs. For me, Casa truly represents the gold standard of customer service. I have never had a single negative experience.

J'ai lu quelques avis qui m'ont fait hésiter... Mais je suis du genre à vouloir vérifier moi-même. Donc, je reviens ici pour vous dire que tout est PARFAIT. Vraiment, il n'y a rien à dire. Merci Angela! Le carton était bien chaud (heatpack), les plantes parfaitement emballées, avec un emballage thermoprotecteur (sans supplément à payer), réception sous 24h. J'ai déjà un panier en attente, foncez les yeux fermés!

Ich habe hier kürzlich das erste mal bestellt. Insgesamt 13 Alocasien. Hatte erst etwas Bammel da es in Berlin recht kalt geworden ist aber ich wurde positiv überrascht. Die Bestellung wurde Montag versendet und kam am Mittwoch super und witterungsgerecht bei mir an. Alle pflanzen waren in einem top Zustand! Ich werde bestimmt noch einmal bestellen. Absolute Empfehlung *****

Unfortunately, one of the plants I ordered was damaged. I contacted customer service and they helped me right away. At my request, they even brought the replacement plant to myBotanica.

they sold me a reverted plant, then I requested a return. they have not picked up the return parcel and I have not received a refund nor the payment for the return.

The reply shows exactly that the seller has no clue about Hoya’s. Yes, hoya argentea princess can reverse the color (all readers check google and you see who is telling the truth).

I was just informed of casa botanica to send the parcel to other address that is not the company’s address and they did not mention any phone number, plus I messaged them if they want home delivery they can pay extra to the company to receive home delivery. (I can make a YouTube video showing all the recipes).

I did not open a Shopify complaint, I opened up a klarna return request.that can be closed by the seller any time, when the company is doing the return.

And just read all the other complaints of negative feedback and you see same behavior of this seller.

I don’t understand sellers why they are trying to do such a thing, because they are just damaging themselves.

Ik heb 6 verschillende babyplantjes van alocasia besteld. Tijdig geleverd, zeer gezonde plantjes en prima verpakt. Enige suggestie naar klantvriendelijker werken: Alleen waren de potjes niet individueel geïdentificeerd en moest ik een e-mail schrijven om mij laten uit te leggen dat ik naar de foto's in de bestellingsbevestiging moest kijken om te weten welk plantje welke naam had. Ik verkies toch een afleesbare naam op elk individueel potjes, hoe deze ook moge aangebracht worden.

Ik was op zoek naar een bepaalde plant en vond die op deze site. Bijzondere soorten tegen een redelijke prijs. Uitleg over verzending duidelijk en planten met liefde verpakt en kwamen dus perfect aan. Dank voor het gratis plantje…leuke geste.

Heb 2 vrij zeldzame hoyas besteld en ze kwamen goed verpakt binnen. Bovendien kreeg ik er een mini philodendron Mars bij cadeau, wat erg wordt gewaardeerd :)
Zal zeker terugkomen voor mn volgende plant. Heb jullie uiteraard ook al aangeraden aan mede plantliefhebbers.

I bought a DocBlock Anthurium Black Widow® '43' X Red Velvet Cake® '24' during one of Casa Botanica’s Instagram sales a few weeks ago, and it arrived in perfect condition. The plant was beautiful, healthy, and well-packed - I was thrilled with it, and everything went smoothly.

So when I saw the DocBlock Anthurium Black Widow® '13' X Black Widow® '43' - a top item on my wishlist - I didn’t hesitate. The price was more than fair, especially considering what private sellers often ask for this type of cross. And most importantly, I knew I was getting a genuine DocBlock plant.

Due to a mix-up, a different plant arrived - another DocBlock Anthurium Black Widow cross. It was a large, healthy plant with an inflorescence - really lovely - but it wasn’t the one I had ordered.

I contacted Casa Botanica. I was a bit anxious at first, not knowing what to expect. But it quickly became clear I was in good hands. Susanne handled everything with patience and professionalism, and offered a clear solution right away. I’m now awaiting the correct plant, and I’m confident it will be just as beautiful as the others.

It’s easy to look good when things go smoothly, but it’s how someone handles problems that really shows their quality. Casa Botanica didn’t wash their hands of it - they did everything they could to make sure I stayed a happy customer.
