Carter Jonas Anmeldelser

Very professional and efficient!

High praise for Sophie and the team at Winchester for navigating me through the complicated purchase of my dream house that I had been after for 18 years and missed out on twice before. Without the diplomatic skills, guidance and advice from Sophie, my purchase may have failed, but now I am smiling from ear to ear. I hope the sellers are just as pleased. I wish I could convey how thankful I am, suffice to say I owe a debt of gratitude I am not sure I could adequately repay with just these words.

Just wanted to give Rebecca gee in Marlborough the praise she deserves always available to contact and always always sorts out the problems we have as soon as she can. Very friendly and very much deserves a raise she has helped us multiply times.

We had an insurance issue in a rented property that Carter Jonas are managing in Newbury.
Our Carter Jones contact, Rachel, managed the whole complicated process, liaising between insurers, service managers and contractors. She did an excellent job and ensured we, as well as the tenants, were kept informed at all stages. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and considerate agent.

Courteous, kind and a human side to a lettings agency, Carter Jonas have been a pleasure to deal with and always helpful

Tanya was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect apartment for my stay in Oxford. She was always available, kind, and guided me through every step of the process—from suggesting suitable options to helping me finalize the contract. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend Tanya Hall to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent.

Manu at Carter Jonas has been really helpful and a pleasure to deal with

It has been a “golden decade” with Carter Jonas in Cambridge and I can honestly say they’ve made my life as a landlord so much easier. Letting out a property comes with its challenges, but their team has been there every step of the way, handling everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.

What stands out most is their attention to detail and the effort they put into finding the right tenants, not just filling a property. Their knowledge of the market is invaluable, and they always keep me informed, giving me total peace of mind. Whether it’s marketing, tenant screening, or day-to-day management, they do it all seamlessly.

I’m truly grateful to the amazing team—Ellie Penney, Emilia Clark, Kirstie Watts, Stephanie Waddell, Megan Mcfarlane, Leisa Jackson, Hilary Streeter and of course Anton Frost—for their support over the years. They’re not just good at what they do; they actually care, and that makes all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carter Jonas to any landlord looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful letting agency who never disappoints!
THANK YOU

Belinda Holmes-Smith at CarterJonas was excellent from our first meeting and throughout the process of selling my home.
She is very knowledgeable and experienced and I trusted her completely.
The process was efficient and hassle-free and I recommend her and Carter Jonas highly.

We have the unfortunate circumstance of Carter Jonas overseeing our commercial space in central London. Carter Jonas's deserves the highest award in demanding cowboy business rates for making CONSTANT excuses, after excuse, after excuse, after excuse in why they can NEVER deliver!!!! Breaching landlord & tenant contracts & providing ZERO work. P.S. 5 star reviews below are Fake! You can't handle the truth!

Carter Jonas letting agent in Barnes has always acted professionally and been supportive throughout the tenant engagement process. All the staff are approachable and trustworthy. They have been my agent for more than 11 years which is testament to their great service.

We rent our property through the Barnes office. Aileen and her team are fully professional and supportive. Whenever we visited the office, we always got a warm and friendly reception. Their customer service is first class. We would highly recommend them.
