Carter Jonas Anmeldelser

Susan (Sue) Linfoot has been an outstanding representative of Carter Jonas whilst dealing with our house selling efforts. She has always been polite, friendly, helpful and very prompt. She does credit to the agency - whose services and staff have always been first class.

Andrew was exceptional in dealing with both our sale and potential purchase of an apartment (he was the agent for both parties). He could not have done more to try to bring both sale and purchase to a successful conclusion. Great job Andrew and Carter Jonas

Fantastic letting agents! Work with these guys on many property rentals of all shapes and sizes including developments which are newly complete and brought to the market. The service is friendly and the delivery is spot on each and every time. Would highly recommend Carter Jonas and enjoy working with David, Grace and the whole team.

Thank you!

When there are problems with my buy-to-let property they have been sorted properly by, particularly Jessica, in Lettings. I have been in this market for over forty years and therefore have a wealth of experience to base my judgement on.

Fantastic find tenant only experience from Carter Jonas in Marlborough. Fab new tenants in place quickly and all admin handled very efficiently. Big thanks to Sophie Marshall who was my main contact - very attentive and professional.

Fred and the team at Marlborough were fantastic selling our houses , really professional great time keeping and kept us informed at all times , would highly recommend

Andrew was fantastic from start to finish with the sale of my house….in a quiet market it sold in two weeks . For me it’s about communication. Andrew kept me up to date every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend and use Carter Jonas again
Also Rupert was on hand when Andrew was away to keep everything on track.

Would highly recommend Andrew Maddock and the team at Carter Jonas Newbury. We had numerous offers on our house within a week of it being on the market, which we could not believe!

Will definitely be using Carter Jonas again in the future!

We used Ed when we bought our house a few years ago and it only happened because of his efforts. As a result we didn't hesitate to get him to sell the property and we have just exchanged. Ed has a great manner, excellent knowledge and a very proactive pragmatic approach and keeps everything moving. Cant recommend highly enough.

Even though the housing market was difficult the company generated a good level of interest. I felt that the advice I was given was sound and honest. The agents were very experienced and always available. A lot of effort over a long period was much appreciated.

The service we received at Carter Jonas was fantastic
Monica, Fiona and Sarah work together as a team to ensure a seamless process! We have never experienced this before in an estate agency …
The ladies were competent professional and friendly we can’t recommend them enough!
10 star service !!!!

Rupert from Newbury was excellent. Brilliant local knowledge and handled all interested parties wonderfully. Thank you.

Charlie and Jack, at Carter Jonas Southfields branch, were my agents; they were always very kind and in touch every week, without fail, with an update on the sale of my property. I would recommend them because they are efficient, extremely straightforward and honest. I always felt comfortable and trusted in their guidance and professional expertise. Great team - Thank you!

Proactive and responsive service. Excellent communication. Genuine care for us as customers (not always the case with Estate Agents). And ended up with a lovely property!

We dealt with Monika in the Newbury office to find a rental property. As we had recently relocated from overseas meeting the requirements for renting was difficult but Monika was very helpful and communications was excellent. We would recommend Carter Jonas.

I would like to thank Andrew Maddock for his excellent advice , superb communication across all parties and just a pleasure to chat with. Andrew pitched the offering with great local knowledge and organised all items whilst I was away. Even when absent from the office my case was clearly delegated and progressed very smoothly. thanks David

Ed Westmacott was very helpful when I was purchasing my new home, making himself available for several viewings and giving the sellers solicitors the odd nudge when required. It was a very straightforward ourchase with Carter Jonas on the case.

Ed Westmacott provided a great service when we had to sell our parents home. He was always prompt to respond to questions and was thorough and efficient at all stages of the process

Carter Jonas sales team in Newbury were excellent from valuation through to completion. They were prompt in getting our flat advertised. They communicated well with us, our conveyancer and our buyer.
