We got the scrapage for the car even though we didnt have the V5C registration certificate. If it had been left longer the garage would have wanted something for storage but car take back were simple... Se mere

Got best price for my scrap car (Meriva) Pick up time was spot on and the Driver was very experienced and explained everything (Log book etc) Money was paid into bank same day - Excellent service

Great all round service from Car Takeback

Car TakeBack made scrapping my car an easy process. Received a quote online which was better than other quotes received, accepted it and then they contacted me.
Recieved a text reminder of the date, received a phonecall that morning as promised. They turned up on time and took the car with no fuss. Payment went straight into my bank account as promised.
Would highly recommend this company to get the job done efficiently.

I told them and showed them images of my cars current condition and was honest with them all along. Initially declined their offer to which they gave me a higher one & when I accepted the new offer they dropped it again. After calling me and emailing me asking if I would accept their best offer

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the process. Our initial offer was made based on the information and images provided to us at that time. After the quote was accepted, we were informed of additional issues with the radiator, which meant the valuation had to be revised to reflect the updated condition of the vehicle. We always aim to be transparent and fair with our pricing, and we understand it can be frustrating when an offer changes. Beware beware beware!!!

Beware beware beware!!!
Filled out online info and was offered £1000, and if I could answer yes to 3 more questions offer could be £1600. Couldn’t answer the 3 questions as one was does the car start and drive which I had said no to on the original online form. Was happy to accept the £1000. Accepted the £1000 and arranged for collection then later in the day received a call saying will only pay £550!!!!! What’s the point in answering the questions on the online form and getting a quote if that’s not what they will pay. Total waste of time

Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to get a quote and book car collection. Money in my account the day after pick up. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Only suggestion for improvement would be a shorter collection window eg. AM or PM. Having to wait at collection location from 7am-5pm was difficult.
