They do not fit. Not even close. The drivers side, passenger side and rear are all not for my vehicle. Customer support did not respond for a month and then finally responded only because I put in a complaint with PayPal about the purchase. Then somehow denied my claim. I sent high resolution photos and then they wanted videos and gave me no way to send them. A 15 second clip is 50+ MB these days. So I uploaded and shared a link to outsmart them. Then they tell me to give them a couple days to look at them? Days? It’s been 7 weeks just watch them now and make it right. Here we are 7 days later and a we feel the look fine reply. Beware of these one size fits all “Custom Fit Floor Mats”

The car seat I ordered were not as advertised, I tried to return them, they ask for a picture of the seat installed and I sent it to them, the front seat do not cover 360* degrees, the sides are open not like in the video, they said that’s not a reason for a refund, are u kidding me they should watch there own video of the seat covers. BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, PUT A DISPUTE IN WITH MY CREDITORS BEEN GOING ON FOR 6 MONTHS. NEXT IS SMALL CLAIM COURT. THEY OFFER ME 10% , 15%and last %20 back What a joke

I saw the ads on social media and I was intrigued. I have a Honda passport and needed a mat for my trunk. I ordered one from Carsilks in early August, waited for a month before I reached out to see what was going on. I was told they needed pictures from me to ensure fitment. After sending pics, I was then told that they could not make my mat and would offer me a discount on their other products. I asked for a refund and have been told that they are still processing it a month later.

CarSilk sent ENTIRELY wrong items ALL wrong! Apologized then disappeared. No comm's No refund?
Filed Claim with BBB and charged back thru CC company for full refund accordingly. Do the same. F for Carsilk

I car floor mats from Carsilk and they sent me the wrong ones. I sent them pictures several times and I told you my email won't let me send video. I have asked for a return label several times and was asked the same thing each time like it was a computer generated response because they don'twant to talk to you! They can clearly see they don't fit and they only go half way up the center console, so the clips have nothing to clip on to. If I put a phone in the pocket of that short piece going up the side of the console, it will fall over and get in the way of the gas pedal. This is a hazard waiting to happen! With the mat up against the console the other side is three inches short of the other side. Also parts of the mat are sticking straight up in the air which your feet would hit if you entered the back seat with your foot? When you put the rear mat against the seat, where it belongs, it doesn't reach the center console. It's one long piece and to long. About 10 inches in the center is off the floor it's buckled up and wont lay flat on the floor! How many mistakes do you have to make on an order before they except a return? There is nothing else I can do but they will not except my return. What ever you, don't get involved with this company which will not let you return floor mats that they screwed up!!!

I would not repeat would not buy seat covers from this company they sent the wrong size for my back seats and tried to blame it on me. I ordered a complete five seat cover and they sent me covers for a two door jeep which jeep only make 4 person seats in there two door. The front seats don't fit snug or look anything like what I paid for. Also took photos and they said they would make it right now they won't even answer my messages. I just want my money back and they can have there junk back.

They sent the wrong size and wrong color. I didn't open it for some time because of working on the truck. The return time frame had passed and they refused to replace or refund.

I am reviewing car silks mats for my car. They won't allow me to depress my brake pedal, they make my accelerator pedal stick, and my seat won't move with them fitted to allow my disabled daughter to get in the car.

As a lot of others have experienced they don't fit well, and not being able to press the brakes properly and sticking throttle makes them down right dangerous and totally unfit for purpose.

As a lot of other reviews state, their customer services are worthless, their warrsnty, guarantee or anything else is basically all lies. They have zero intention beyond taking your money.

This company is nothing but a money farming scam sending worthless products to people then raking in the profits from it, nothing more.

I have no doubt that the company will respond with more lies saying to email them, using the same email I have already emailed so they can ignore me like they do with everybody else.

Ça fait plus qu'un mois que j'essaie de communiquer avec Carsilk et il ne me réponde pas. Je leur ai envoyé à plusieurs reprises une photo du modèle et couleurs des housses de sièges dont je veux pour mon RAV4 et depuis je n'ai reçu aucune réponse d'eux. J'ai fait ça parce que j'ai vu plusieurs commentaires négatifs de personnes qui avaient choisi et acheté un modèle et la couleur et qui ont reçu un mauvais modèle. Après ils essaient de communiquer avec Carsilk pour leur communiquer une erreur et ils ne reçoivent pas de réponse. Après avoir vu plusieurs commentaires négatifs sur le service dont Carsilk offre à ceux qui non pas reçu le modèle qu'ils voulaient. Je crois que c'est très risqué et mieux de ne pas faire un achat avec eux.

Fitment was, quality for mats are good my only issues is the orientation of the drivers mat is completely wrong to the rest making them look odd was hoping for a replacement but was told only 15%off .
It just let's down the look of them

To start with terrible service getting mats in a timely manner. Would not let me cancel order when covers could not be delivered on time. Charged me extra cod freight upon delivery. Then after all that the quality is terrible. When I wanted to return they are make such a ridiculous about of request. Like wanting a video of the installation of their flimsy product explaining why it is so cheaply made. Stay far away from carsilk.

I ordered car seat covers for the back of my vehicle. Although it took one month for delivery, the car seat covers fit perfectly.

I am filing this complaint against Car Silk regarding a purchase I made over two months ago. After waiting an extended period for my order, the product I received was defective/messed up. I immediately contacted the company to request a replacement or refund. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, Car Silk has failed to provide the refund I requested.

At this point, I no longer want a replacement — I simply want a full refund for my purchase. If the company cannot provide this, I will be left with no choice but to pursue the matter through my bank and other appropriate channels.

I am requesting the BBB’s assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that Car Silk honors its obligation to refund me.

Mats were packaged very poorly. Creased badly. Did not fit car well. Very slow to respond and very vague in answers. Would not allow product return even though the mats were never used. Would never use this company again.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks now after making payment. Tehy sent a tracking number which for the last three just says processing, they no longer reply to me multiple emails or are yet to respond to my Facebook messages, Im giving them one final chance to reply on FB before reporting their FB site - be carefull

This is the second review for the Carsilk car & trunk matts. This second review is to the quality fit and finish of their product. The trunk matt is cut incorrectly and does not fit properly. I have pictures to confirm this but this site will not allow me to upload them. It doesn't matter how I tried to manipulate the trunk matt it just dose not fit properly. In my opinion this is terrible quality control.

Price was reasonable, I thought. It did take about a month to receive the product but when installed, the back mat didn’t fit like I thought they should. I sent in inquiry from the website about the issue with a description and pictures. They initially responded fairly quickly and requested more information in the form of a video. OK. So… I did a video sent it in. They get back and said it was satisfactory to then and was that ok. I said NO! So they checked again. And I waited, checked in weeks later. Now they just don't respond No response. Sent another email to see if they got the link and had any issues with it. No response. Guess at this point I am cutting the mat apart so no one trips.

As for the product itself. I ordered front and second row mats. The front mats installed pretty well, fits decently and looks nice. The back would look nice if it actually fit, it is huge in places by 3 inches of extra height in the middle. As for quality of material, it’s decent. Cleans well.

Ordered seat covers July 28. Contacted Carsilks numerous times for update. Seat covers have not been received and no response from Carsilks to my many emails and phone calls.

I decided to treat my 2007 Jaguar XJ SOVEREIGN 3 litr petrol X358.
However,decided to cancel next day 4th August 2025, However, even though they accepted my cancellation I'm still waiting for refund.

However, it is now 15th September 2025, I have had no refund.Moreover, after emails back and forth from Carsilks, and "pleading due to high volumes of sales, they have a backlog of orders and refunds to deal with. They will get back to me as quickly as possibleI"
I have shown great patience to Carsilks, but have decided to leave this review, so that they might hurry along with my refund.
