I ordered truck seats my truck payed $289, and payment went thru, and was thanked for the order. Was told by Mr. THOMAS that the seats were in the final stage, then was told the order never went through, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO, AND HAVE THEM SPREAD THE WORD SO NO ONE GO THROUGH WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH

⭐ 1 Star — Poor customer service and no response

I ordered custom car mats from CarSilks, but unfortunately, the mats did not fit my vehicle correctly. I contacted the company within their 15-day return period and sent a video clearly showing the fitment issues. I explained why I wanted to return the mats and requested assistance with the return.

I have now been waiting 3 weeks with no response. I have followed up with the company multiple times and still have not received a response or any resolution.

I understand that companies have return policies, but when a customer contacts you within the return period and provides documentation showing that the product does not fit correctly, I would expect at least a response and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

At this point, my biggest concern is the lack of communication and customer service. I would have preferred to resolve this directly with CarSilks, but after three weeks without a response, I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

If I could give them -5 stars that would be great cause they dont deserve 1 star. Liars, scammers, cheap garbage products and they won't commit to customer service they supposedly will give. Lies. They promised a replacement and disappeared! Make sure you pay with PayPal so they can dispute and peace of mind. Good luck dealing with them- hopefully they get shut down!

my order has 3 years warranty and After 11 months color of my car dash cover changed color from red to white😂 I emailed to them for help but they just start playing and said no we can not help you!!! so why you put 3 years warranty ?!! for what?? liar this compant is 100% scam font buy

The stitching is already coming apart after only 4 months. They won’t replace it because they consider it normal wear and tear. Cost too much for this to happen so soon. Buying new mats asap from a reputable retailer!

Order my set of Mats, the drivers mat and trunk didn't fit, I asked for a refund and they denied and sent me a replacement set, they still didn't fit properly, I asked for a refund, they denied and said they will give me 10% refund or a discount for a new set. After 1 month I still haven't received a refund. Also, they don't grip to the carpet like the ad's.

I ordered these mats as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and unfortunately they were never cut correctly. From the moment we tried to install them, it was obvious they did not fit the vehicle as advertised.

I contacted the company multiple times hoping they would make it right. Instead of addressing the fact that the mats were incorrectly manufactured, they repeatedly sent me the same installation instructions, as if the issue was user error. At no point did they resolve the actual problem or send replacement mats that fit properly.

More than six months later, the unusable mats are still sitting in our garage in the original packaging, and I’m out $200. I would have much preferred to receive the correctly manufactured product I paid for, but it’s become clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I spent a long time researching and choosing these mats because I wanted a quality gift, only to receive a product that couldn’t even be used. If this matter continues to go unresolved, I will have no choice but to pursue other options, including legal remedies.

I cannot recommend this company. Save your money and buy from a business that stands behind its products and provides real customer service.

Very disappointing experience. The floor mats I received did not fit my vehicle. I contacted customer service immediately, and they asked me to send a video, which I did. After receiving the proof, they stopped responding completely. I sent multiple follow-up emails and never got any help with the return process or a refund. Poor customer service and no support after the sale. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Extremely Disappointing. What they sell is cheap, mass produced floor mats. The quality is awful. Within 6 months stiching began to rip. I knew it was bad when i opened the packaging & saw the bag of uneven, handcut pieces of dollar store quality, double sided tape. I threw ot away & bought some 3m tape. The mats have these thin, plastic pieces that are meant to tuck under car interior. These piece are so cheap & thin. I could go on, but hopefully u get the idea.
I called the company to complain, but they are prepared for complaints & do not care once uve paid.
* I Strongly advise against buying floor mats (or anything) from this company*

I ordered my car seats on May 14th and just got them June 23rd. For a product that is over $300 they are junk, DO NOT PURCHASE THEM...
No jock you can go to any local auto store and get the same junk for $60. They are so cheaply made, they don't fit like they say they do and they sure don't look like the pictures they show. So so so cheaply made. Don't waist your time

Beware... I ordered Carsilks for a collector Porsche 911 - 993 in Nov 2025. The product arrived in February 2026, I tried to install the mats when I UNCOVERED the car in April 2026. The mats clearly did not fit and were sized for another type of vehicle. When contacted they asked to see a video, which was provided. The process took numerous emails and weeks before they said they would replace them, but ONLY if I paid for the shipping from Korea. I refused to pay extra shipping as the product was clearly wrong, the mistake was not mine. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and their customer service is extremely sub-par. You are taking a chance that the order will be correct, if it is not - expect to pay more for their mistake, they do not warranty their products. The customer service folks Joey & Cindy are the opposite of helpful. I'm still sending emails, but no response. It's not worth the risk, don't order....

I ordered car mats over 2 months ago and they replied it will be there soon. I'm still waiting. Don't buy from this merchant they're not trust worthy.

I ordered mine in February, never came. 7 weeks later it did and was the wrong item. Took 3 weeks to get ahold of anyone. They then after 4 emails re shipped the right ones supposedly and another 6 weeks go by and I ask and they deliver to a wrong address, then 2 more weeks to get ahold of someone, asked for a refund and still won’t process or send my

Waited months to get the product!
When i did try to install them they didn't fit! They won't honor a refund because they say it was too late. What a rip off/farce! Do not recommend at all! Stay away! Waste of money,energy and time

Ordered seat covers for a Mercedes suv. No item was ever shipped. Paid full amount over with no refund. Customer service keeps delaying refund over 3 months. Still no refund..sent multiple emails, now they have stopped responding. Losing $400 is no joke. Very unhappy with what has happened to me. I thought I was making a great purchase but got scammed instead. Avoid making a very bad investment.

Totally misrepresents the product that is advertised . The mats arrived rolled up in a ball, in a plastic bag. The mats did not arrive in a box as advertised. There are no logos or any other type of company branding on the mats as advertised
The mats I was shipped look like the ones they call fakes or knockoffs of their product. What they advertise are not real they sell you. they use the ads to lure you in and then ship you crap.

They don't fit well, the clips are not much better.

I have had a number of phone calls and emails with customer service. You will get no where with
Joey. He is rude and very condescending. They have no interest in making the customer happy. If they do make arrangements to speak to you it is always late at night. That's a big red flag
Do a goggle search on the company address in
Burlington Ontario. It is a house not an office building.

Please do not do business with this company, you are going to waste your money and time.

Shame on me for not do some homework first

I was sent the wrong floor mats that don't fit my truck. I wrote them, they said they would get me out. New ones right away, months went by. I contacted them again. They said, well, we can give you a different color because we are out of that color I said, ok months went by. I contacted them again. They said that they can give me a refund or give me different products. I said, I want the refund months went by. I contacted them again and they said, sorry they can't give me a refund because they no longer work with that company that it gives the refund. So I am just out car mats and my money

ordered front and rear car mats. neither set fits. back set isn't even close. 39 emails exchanged for 2 months (usually ignored): stall tactics, lies and fake promises. **THEY ARE SCAMMERES***now my cc won't give me money back for this fraudulent transaction

Dimensions are all off. There is a tear in the outer trim. No way to secure them to the care. The clips given are not compatible with the car or the mats. Customer support will tell you to pound sand if it's been longer than 15 days, probably would before that anyway. Junk company with no integrity.
