Got these for my 2025 Mercedes GLB 250 a few days ago. Took a bit to set in place but once fitted, they look right at home. The texture feels sturdy and easy to wipe down after use. I like how they blend with the car instead of standing out too much. Pretty happy with how they turned out.

He absolutely loves them, they fit the car perfectly and snugly to protect it. And they look great and seem to be great quality so far.

“ Good afternoon, I am writing once again to express my indignation and disappointment with Carsilk. I made a purchase with you on June 24th, and in July I received an order that was incorrect for my car, even though I ordered the correct parts. I contacted you at the same time, and you promised to resolve the problem by sending the incorrect part, but you still haven't sent it. I am extremely disappointed because I have made several purchases of car mats directly from China and have never received any errors. Now you, who claim to be a local manufacturer, send the wrong order and still haven't resolved the problem. I am very disappointed.”

Great floor mats fit perfect and quality great.

I really like how these look - they blend in nicely with my Jeep's interior. I've been using them for about a month, and so far they've held up well. Installation was straightforward too, thanks to the way the loops were marked, which made setup a lot simpler.

I gave a 1 only because this is as low as you can go. For the second time, a strap that holds the cover in place has failed. The stitching is sub standard and will not hold up.

Customer service told me that this was not a manufacturing defect. I guess sitting on the seat is too much for these seat covers. Carsilk talks about a 3 year warranty, what a joke, all you get is a brush off email.

Don’t buy these, they won’t last and they don’t stand behind their product at all.

I ordered a full set of seat covers for a Skoda Kodiaq which I had on order. Not yet taken delivery. When I did take delivery the front seat covers fitted reasonably well and are still in situ. However the rear seat covers are a total disappointment. They come in 6 pieces which are impossible to fit securely. The centre pieces simply Velcro to the outside seat covers. When in place there is no access to any of the seat belt buckles and it all looks a mess. In the shed now.

Product arrived this week after 6 weeks from order, was heavily creased, wrinkled, in a bag not a box, and logo embroidery is horrible and the product does not fit my selected vehicle and Carsilks has not replied to any of my emails in over a week for a refund and I'm replying to an email string with them from prior communication, so I know they are receiving them! Do not buy! UPDATE - THEY responded requiring I submit a video of me installing them, which does nothing to address the wrinkles creases or improper fit. It's been 7 days, no response thereafter from submitting my video. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! UPDATE 10 days no response with daily emails to them.

I purchased floor mats for my 2022 Ram 1500 BigHorn and all I can say is don’t waste your money. When I finally received my order the fit wasn’t very good and after two months I had to remove the one on the drivers side because it wore right through. Looked nice but very cheap. My advice don’t waste your money.

I recently fitted these seat covers in my 2022 Honda Civic, and they've added a nice touch to the interior. The color looks premium and matches the dashboard well. The front installation went smoothly, enough the back seats took a bit of adjusting. With a little patience, they settled nicely, and the overall result feels worth the effort.

Purchased front seat covers, they were super easy to install and they look great. They are very comfortable.

i recieved the mats after about a month and they look like the ones you buy from halfords for £30ish but never mind i went onto youtube and looked at their installation guide which is a one minute video showing the final product with wee 2 seconds clips kinda showing you how to install them. they looked really cheap once installed them and didnt really fit well. i asked for assistance online then fun started.

their customer serviced team are very cheeky and go out their to wind you up. i asked for instructions incase i done wrong they replied with the minute youtube clip, i replyed they dont fit well maybe i got. the wrong mats they then took 3 weeks to reply and ask for video then the next day they email me asking wheres the video they waiting on it. lol. i know at the point am stuck with the mats so i ask for a refund, next day they say and i quote

Hope you can help us to record an installation video. Thank you so much for your support.

btw you get a 5 day return policy but i think no one has ever got refund due them taking ages to get back to you

These seat covers are deluxe! A huge improvement to my 19 year old truck with shredded seats. After watching the video installation was a breeze. But most importantly they are stylish and comfortable.

When the product arrived it didn't actually fit my car at all as it was specified it would. When trying to send back for a refund I got a responce that they were having warehouse problems so will be a delay and When I did hear back from them months later they only offered me 20% off anything I ordered from them again! So I'm left with a fault product they I can not use and no refund! Terrible respond time and customer service!

They fit my 2022 Rav 4 perfectly and were easy to install and are heavy and good quality.

I ordered these to freshen the interior and they've done exactly that. They don't move about when I get in or out, and they're comfortable underfoot on longer trips. Dirt comes off with a quick shake or soft brush, so upkeep is simple. After regular commuting, they still look good and haven't lost their shape.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased an item from. Their customer service is really non-existent. Their 3 year advertised warranty is completly false. It took a full month to receive my carmat order. The mats arrived literally rolled into a ball, wrapped in paper, plastic and tape. It took 2 days in a warm garage with weights on them, to get them into a shape that could then be installed in my car. The driver mat had a 2" X 4" gap at the base of the gas pedal, perfect for gathering gravel, salt and snow, nullifying the purpose of the mat. When I tried to get it replaced or a partial refund with many photos and videos that they required, it took them 5 months to give me a final decision. They said the fit was correct and the gap was to avoid interference with the gas pedal. Clearly a false response to avoid any possible responsibility.

PS: Carpet portion of the combo vinyl mats is rough as a cob, not actual carpet, but more like a bristle brush?? Video makes it look luxurious. It is not.

Their final decision after 5 months was that their pattern/cut was correct. It was not. I told them to look at the photos of their competitor Witamat, and they would see the perfect fit at the gas pedal base. My order was #6173. Doubt they will honestly resolve this claim, even with my latest response. We shall see. If they do, I will be happy to report and explain their resolution.

I ordered these mats for my Discovery Sport, in October 2024, They took ages to come, and they really wasn’t cheap, as I’d gone for the carpet toppers. When they eventually arrived, I was taken aback by their terrible packaging, it was like a round ball of what looked like black bin liners, they were creased and bent with no care whatsoever taken to ensure safe transport, I unpacked them and put them in a heated room for a few days, and they came back to shape, so disappointing, as they were very expensive, but no drama, I was looking forwards to fitting them, unfortunately they did not fit… nowhere near, they are so big, my thoughts are they are for the discovery, not the sport, which is smaller, the rear is so big it’s 8inchs longer than the width of the car, they feel like they are for a different car although. I contacted them by email, and have kept all my emails from purchase through to probably 25 emails to them, around 6 months ago they agreed to send me some that fit, but nothing happens, now they don’t bother replying, I have always been very professional and polite on my emails, I have even said I wouldn’t leave them a bad review, as I know that’s not good to receive and I wanted to give them a chance to put this right, I’ve asked where can I send the mats back, I’ve asked for a full refund, or just send me the right mats, but nothing, so annoying not to mention I’m a lot of money out of pocket.What ever you do… don’t deal with this company, there customer service is non existent.. they promise they will sort it, then go silent, I’ve all my correspondence and will now go to trading standards, even if this costs me, I won’t let it go… seriously don’t use this company, they take your money, and then send you a defective product, which don’t fit, then blank you, hoping you will go away..
It’s over a year now, think I’ve been patient long enough..
