Dog owner needed a solution!
Dan arrived right on time and was incredibly efficient. He was done after an hour or so and dried really quickly in this cold too. We have a dog who used to like to wee in the same spot on the carpet. Dog stopped weeing but the smell remained. Had Dan come and clean the landing and stairs to clean and elimate the odor. Has been a few days and still no smell. I'm thrilled!

Appalling company
No bleach or bleaching chemicals were used on the carpet prior to your technician’s visit. The discolouration and spreading of the stain happened after your technician applied bleach during the attempted treatment.
The technician also confirmed on the day that there is no standardised set of products used and that each technician uses whatever products they personally carry, which raises serious concerns about quality control and appropriate product selection.
I engaged Carpet Bright on the understanding that trained professionals would assess the carpet correctly and use suitable, approved methods. Instead, the carpet was left in a significantly worse condition than before the visit.
My review accurately reflects the service provided and the outcome. Shifting responsibility to alleged prior treatment does not change the facts of what occurred.

Had Carpet Bright in to refresh a sofa after storage. Big mistake.
The high heat altered the structure of the velvet pile and it will never get back to the original state.
Carpet Bright explained that the high temperatures were the cause of apparent broad, dark streaks in the fabric, that this was because the pile was brushed up...and they did come back and re-do, taking more care to brush the pile...
If you have something really dirty that needs cleaning, I'm sure Carpet Bright are good but don't get them in otherwise because they won't advise you that the item doesn't need a deep clean...so we paid £200 and the fabric still doesn't have the velvet feel it used to have 😞

As discussed at the time, velvet and delicate pile fabrics can be particularly sensitive, especially on older upholstery. In this case, the sofa was around 8 years old, and changes in appearance can sometimes occur due to natural wear, ageing of the fibres, and the way the pile reacts when cleaned and dried. We explained that the darker streaks were caused by the pile being lifted and brushed, rather than damage to the fabric itself, and we returned to rework the sofa with extra care in an attempt to improve the finish.
We always aim to deliver the best possible results and to be transparent about what can be achieved. Unfortunately, with certain fabrics particularly older velvet upholstery, the original feel and appearance cannot always be fully restored despite professional cleaning.
We truly regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to revisit the job. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us continue to improve our service.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Dan came and steam cleaned our chaise longer and did a careful and thorough job. He was also responsible for taking away and cleaning three tired rugs. I had them cleaned a year ago by a different company and was disappointed with the results and they were returned damp. Dan returned the rugs so refreshed and each carefully wrapped in brown paper. The results were excellent; rugs revived and colours in them somehow restored. We are delighted. This is a first rate company for customer care and for the work they do. All the positive reviews are justified. We will definitely be using them again.

Ok but didn't get stains out and not noticeably cleaner
Customer service was good and the person who cleaned the carpet was very considerate and helpful. I wasn't all that pleased with the results. It didn't seem to make much noticeable difference and old stains didn't come out. On reflection, I don't think it was very good value for money, probably would have achieved the same result by hiring a cleaner and doing myself for fraction of the cost.

Great carpet cleaning…
I have recently moved to a new property. I had all of the carpets cleaned today by Viktor from Carpet Bright. He was friendly and polite. He work very hard and did a fantastic job. The carpets look amazing and every room smells so much fresher too. I saw the dirty water after he had finished. Who knew that carpets could hold so much dirt. We have just had our stair carpet…
