Good experience
All smooth from booking to pick up. Santorini airport, the office is a small 2 minute walk from the arrivals gate. Car was fine and clean, a bulb went out during rental so I contacted the office and they were very helpful.
Only reason I have not given 5* is I purchased extra cover at booking and was told this was not fully recognised by cargini so if I had an accident I would have to pay for the damages in full and then claim back from the extra cover provider once home. That seems a bit stupid. Large deductible of €600 was held on CC. Other than that it was fine

I took the car in Kalamata airport
I took the car in Kalamata airport, a nice agent was waiting at the entrance, took us with our car to the office, everything was done quickly, we got the car we needed and in no time were on our way. On the way back even better. I recommend using their services.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! The team was incredibly friendly, reliable, and genuinely kind. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and ready right on time. Communication was clear and easy, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I had a fantastic experience renting a car in from Cargini in Zagreb, Croatia. Marko was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. From the moment I picked up the car, it was clear that customer service was a top priority. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my trip. Marko took great care of me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling through Zagreb, excellent service and great value!

The service was smooth and hassle-free. The car ran perfectly with zero issues, and the air conditioning worked like a charm—especially helpful in the summer heat. If I visit Zagreb again, I’ll definitely be renting from Cargini once more.

They charged almost 500$ from our…
They charged almost 500$ from our credit card telling us it was a caution. It was immediately charged and when I told them, they was getting rude and aggressive. The costumer service is horrible and I paid 500$ for an insurance that I never asked for and that I DID NOT need since I had a full coverage plan already booked with another provider. Do not go there.

fraud. Car gini cancelled no refund
Booked online pick up location from podgorica airport with cargini agreed to give the car on 18th july. After 1 hour waiting they bring different car in bad condition and then they said will give the right car on 20th July. Then on 20th July, they refused to provide a car and didn't give me the money back, even though I already paid. I did not receive any car from them and they didn't refund money back .

Good value for money
Good value for money. Nice friendly staff. Very responsive when we had a problem with the car. Gave 4 stars because the pick up is misleading. It said when booked that the car hire was on airport which suited us as we had an early morning flight home. When we arrived at the airport we could not find where to go. The instructions just led us to a car park. We had to call and it turned out that the car hire was not on airport but we were meeting a member of staff who would take us to pick up our car.

I rented a car in Malta. Be careful when you do the inventory and what you sign on the tablet. I didn’t buy the insurance they were imposing but so I had a huge deductible (2700€) in case of problem. It is necessary to make many movies of the car before taking it
