Hares Abdullah was attentive and responsive. I was struggling with allocating courses to my learners but Hares helped and had patience. I never felt like I was a nuisance, despite emailing 3 or 4 times for help. Great service thanks.

The course was good and beneficial
The course was good and beneficial. I would recommended including videos in the content though.
The course I did was dog first aid, CPR and grooming. Whilst the course described how to do CPR, there was no video to demonstrate this.
