Macaroon was excellent
Macaroon was excellent. Patient, helpful and friendly. Stayed with me while we figured out my account access issue, and then helped me get what I needed once I was successfully on my Dashboard. Great experience and a really nice agent.

Ok course but had to pay more for a pdf certificate
The couse was good , nice content, interesting , easy to do in bite size chunks, what i diden't like after paying for the course and then finishing it, was to find out I had to pay £10.79 to allow for a PDF certificate to be emailed so I could it print out.
All other courses my charity have paid for at the end of the course there is a free printable certificate, now i do understand having to pay a small amout for a printed on card certificate which is posted out if you need one.
Due to the above I can't see the charity paying for any further courses, especially as their is a button marked free Certificate which if pressed takes you too a page to pay for bulk
certificates, this seems very underhand.

A good course if you are a beginner and need basic ⛑️ first aid for dogs, had difficulty getting the certificate done, hence my call this morning.

Level 2 Safeguarding of children & vulnerable adults
The course Level 2 Safeguarding for children and vulnerable adults was clear, concise and informative. I achieved 100% in the second attempt of the quiz. Liked the format of the quiz. I have taken 2 courses with Care
I have taken 2 courses with Care. Their Dog Walking course then the Pet First Aid and CPR Certification. I really enjoyed them and have learnt a lot. If l would like to do another course l will definitely go with them again.

Really straight forward easy to follow
Really straight forward easy to follow, Much more detailed than other canine first aid training courses I have actually travelled for! Hares Abdullah dealt with a query quickly and my certificates on passing also dealt withefficiently - would definitely use this approach again.

DO NOT USE if you may actually need to save a life.
Wow. I am not sure if this is an AI generated scam or not. Some of the information was either out of date or largely irrelevant for a first aider. Information that actually would help a paediatric first aider such as how to tie a triangular bandage, what to do in finger crush injury or amputation or even treating a wasp sting or a splinter - not even mentioned! However, talking about growth plates and listing the 5 salter-harris fractures and using haemostatic dressings were. I can imagine that for completely non-medically qualified people the sheer length of the information and terminology etc would lull you into the belief that you have learned some first aid. There are a few tips along the way for sure such as running scalds and chemical burns under water or how to pinch a nose if you have a nosebleed. However, in my opinion it fails to equip the student with enough real life practical skills to be of much use in real life other than to reassure and call for an ambulance. The test at the end was a complete joke and failed to test any real knowledge with MCQs offering such ridiculous options the answer was glaringly obvious. As a qualified medical doctor I did this course to tick a box for a children's club we are running. However, it really concerns me that people are able to use this course and claim that they have knowledge of paediatric first aid. Please please please, if you actually need to know first aid and if you think that you could be in a situation where you may genuinely need to treat humans, then please use an accredited in-person course such as that with St John's Ambulance.

I have recently completed Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Lead training, followed by Level 5 and I am really pleased with the quality of the courses. On concluding the training, I was slightly confused on how to order my certificates (nothing on the websites part, I’m easily confused) so I made contact via Live chat - Hares Abdullah got back to me very efficiently by email and sent me both my certificates and transcripts. I would definitely use Careskills Training again!
