Care Check works with a plethora of organisations ranging from independent care homes and schools through to NHS primary care trusts. We obtain three different level checks: Enhanced and Standard Criminal Record Checks for people working and volunteering within regulated industries and Basic Criminal Record Checks via Disclosure Scotland for individuals and organisations not entitled to request the Higher Level Standard and Enhanced level Disclosures. We provide paperless online applications via the DBS e-Bulk application interface, which eliminates errors and results in faster turnaround times for both DBS applications and DBS Adult First Checks. Our e-Bulk service is completely paperless and has revolutionised the way our clients process their DBS applications because no longer do forms need to be sent out and no signatures are required. Our Basic level applications are requested via the Disclosure Scotland B2B portal, again resulting in a much faster turnaround on results. Excellent Service

Fantastic customer service experience…
Fantastic customer service experience with Elisha. My company is relatively new to the Care Check platform. I encountered some technical issues(100% operator error) which i required assistance with. I contacted customer support, Elisha took my call and walked me through the issue, stayed on the call until the issue was fully resolved. Elisha was ultra-patient and really good to deal with.

I really rate this company. They make the whole process so easy for doing DBS checks on future employees. Their support process is also great - always an actual person available to speak to and they get things resolved immediately. Definitely highly recommend CareCheck

Great after care support A*
Great after care support when trying to refresh our Charities DBS checks.
Online guides and info tips were really helpful but then when we needed additional support Sarah was quick to respond and help us with our questions and get us back on track. cant fault the service.

Great customer service
I called Chloe Emptage regarding a DBS query, she listened, and we were able to resolve an issue that had been to and fro for a while within a quick chat. This was followed up immediately with confirmation and a partial refund. Great.

I was struggling to log in
I was struggling to log in. My password wasn't being recognised and Emily M sorted the issue within 24 hrs. She was very supportive and made me feel like I could ask further questions should I need to. I highly recommend the support services provided by Care Check.
