The two women who run Cardigan Bay Properties are truly amazing!. I cannot rate them high enough with them providing an outstanding service from start to finish. Every email or telephone call was answered
immediately and on the rare occasion the telephone went to a messaging service I soon had a call back. The whole process of selling my house from start to finish took only 11 weeks and at the full asking price. I particularly appreciated the valuable feedback provided after the viewings. Excellent Estate agents
The agents offered a professional service where nothing was too much trouble and provided good communication. At one point the buyers solicitors gave incorrect advice to the buyers and between the agents and our solicitor they sorted out the issue and handled the whole situation very well. We would not hesitate to recommend these estate agents, they are the best we have ever encountered and we have bought and sold many properties.

Very professional and supportive, excellent service
I have been delighted with the service from Cardigan Bay Properties. Right from the start when I was at the stage of choosing an estate agent I received advice and help even before I had agreed a contract with them. I received excellent support continuously throughout the whole process. They always replied to my queries very quickly and I felt I was a valued customer. They took a great deal of trouble to make the particulars, the photos and video of my house both accurate and appealing. The package was aimed at exactly the kind of people I was hoping to attract. The house was on the market for just a few days before the perfect buyers arrived and made a good offer. I was very happy with the valuation and with the way my house was presented for sale. I strongly recommend this company for their excellent professional service and genuine caring attitude.

Cardigan Bay Properties were nothing short of amazing!
The communication, support and advice from Helen and Tania throughout the whole process was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond on more than one occasion.
They generated allot of interest in our property and all viewings were scheduled very efficiently. The feedback after each viewing was also really useful and reassuring.
Our sale had a few hiccups all of which were dealt with sensitively and effectively. You can really tell the wealth of experience and expertise they have and for us this proved invaluable.
The service is very personal and you really get a sense of the care and commitment they have to deliver a service like no other agent.
