Overall, our experience throughout the housing process was very positive. From viewing the property through to completion, the information and support we received were excellent. Rico was extremely informative and professional throughout the process, and the other individuals involved were also very helpful and supportive.

The reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5 stars was due to some communication issues from the seller’s side, which were relayed through the team but not us. There was pressure to complete the process within a specific timeframe, and this was not communicated as clearly or as early as it could have been. Additionally, a completion deadline was set that had not initially been noted. Thankfully, this was only a minor issue and we were able to adjust accordingly.

Despite this, we appreciated the professionalism and support provided throughout the process and would still recommend the team overall.

Beaulieu Estates has just sold my house in Chelmsford and I cannot praise highly enough the care and attention shown to me throughout the sale process. Every effort was made to find a buyer and throughout I was kept informed by Rico Shabir how things were progressing. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered by Shabir, regardless of the time of day or evening. A credit to his profession. Beaulieu provided sensible advice on pricing the property in line with the market and bingo, the sale is now completed. Thanks especially also to Jinny Walker for her guidance in concluding the sale. Having had my Parents property on the market for best part of a year, with no interest , I was introduced to Richard at Beaulieu Estates. Immediately the approach to advertising the property & getting exposure was a refreshing, proactive & totally professional experience.

I dealt with Beaulieu Estates for the sale of my mother’s house. The people we dealt with were great, friendly and professional. They have been easy to contact throughout. Things become a bit frantic in the chain towards exchange and completion, which was no fault of Beaulieu Estates. Our sales progressor through communication with solicitors and other agents etc managed to smooth things over and help in the conclusion of the exchange and completion. Rico also went above and beyond on the day of completion in helping out with a last minute issue.

Very pleased with this agency. I had a property with another agency that was on the market for almost 4 months with lots of promises of viewing etc. I switched to Beaulieu who had a completely different marketing plan and used an outstanding photographer who also made a 3D walk through of the property that really showed the property to its best.
