Such a refreshing estate agents! These guys were the opposite of all the worst tropes that one can think of about estate agents. Thoughtful, supportive, considerate and, most importantly, ensured that my house sale went through efficiently. Their portal system to keep you updated on the progress of the sale is excellent and Emma at Prime Progression was a game changer. Why don't all estate agents do this!!

I have been recommending them to anyone who mentions they are selling a house locally.

They had lots of patience with regard to my selling. It took a while but they won the day in the end. Very pleased with them.

I’ve been delighted by the service, help, professionalism, knowledge and all round niceness of the whole team! 100% recommendation from me!!

In two words Great Service.
Such a contrast to the first estate agentwe employed and sacked 6 weeks later. Cardigan Bay Properties run by Helen and Tania is superb. Nothing was to much trouble. From the very first meeting where they came prepared having researched property values and the market place. We met and worked with Helen who kept us informed at every stage in a tricky market. When we needed advice they were happy to give an honest and considered response. If we ever need to sell again we will definitely go to Cardigan Bay Properties. Their service is second to none and they certainly outstripped the agent we sacked!.

I cannot praise this company more highly. Tania and Helen were excellent, motivated, and integrity shone through from my first contact with them. Tania's photographs were excellent and the video she made beats anything I've seen with other estate agents, who frequently just edit their photos with bad music in the background; If I've seen photos, why would I want to see them again as a bad video! My cottage was sold in 12 days, not the legal stuff, but super buyers and everything went smoothly from there. Emma Alben from Prime Progression, who they appoint to help you move through the process, was also excellent. Her follow through, updating me as the buyers and I moved forward with the various paperwork needed with a house sale worked so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. As a bonus I was presented with a memory stick with all the photos and the video of my cottage in Pembrokeshire, which I treasure.

We knew our sale was being handled by a professional, trustworthy and efficient team from the moment Helen answered the phone. We felt secure in the knowledge that Cardigan Bay Properties were doing their best for our sale at every step of the way: from the presentation of our property with excellent photographs, full video tour and an accurate description; through matching it to the right potential buyers and conducting viewings and providing feedback in a professional and sensitive manner. Every member of this hard-working team acted with honesty and integrity throughout. We’re delighted to have sold our house with the minimum of stress thanks to the efforts of everyone at Cardigan Bay Properties. Thank you all.

Direct was very good at his service. I brought a vauxhall grandland x and I. Very happy with the information he provided.

Very friendly. Brilliant service. No problems.

Communication was straightforward, friendly, and personable with regular updates throughout the process. The marketing produced for the property was clear and accurate including an excellent video tour of the property.

CBP handled our house sale professionally and efficiently. They took good and numerous photographs of the property as well as a video to show potential buyers the gardens surrounding it. They were positive in their approach and communicated well with us throughout the sale process. They responded to any questions we had very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. They are a friendly and approachable team and we would recommend their services to others without hesitation.

Everything was done so professionally yet with great understanding that for most people moving home is a very stressful time

Superb service from Tania, Helen and the girls, from initial home sale consultation right through to handing over the keys to our new home they were professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Cardigan Bay Properties will be our first call in the event of future property sale.

We cannot fault the service and professionalism of Cardigan Bay Properties. Tania and Helen go above and beyond for their clients. Once our sale was agreed, the process was taken over by Emma Alben at Prime Progession, who was outstanding at communicating with us, and leading us through the process which can be stressful at times. I would highly recommend CBP and am, in fact, employing their services again for the sale of my fathers property.

A resounding recommendation for Cardigan Bay Properties, Tania Dutnell and her colleagues for their excellent, faultless work during our house-buying and move to West Wales. (I must include Emma Alben at Prime Progression in this review; Emma keeping us informed of many of the day-to-day conveyancing issues.) Cardigan Bay gave us a truly helpful and friendly service, with great attention to detail; answering our questions and providing us with important links to surveyors etc. We felt confident and well-supported throughout the entire process, and were personally welcomed to our new home on the day of our move by Tania. Cardigan Bay also provided a useful, practical welcome pack. Stuart Millson.

I am currently selling my property through Cardigan Bay Properties. Selling your home is never simple or easy but Helen has been amazing, talking me through what needs to happen and keeping me up to date. The particulars, photos and video of the property were fantastic and many have commented how good they are. I would highly recommend this company. So up to date, so professional, so kind. Thank you

We have recently sold our cottage with Cardigan Bay Properties. The two women who are CBP couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, we moved away before the property was sold & they handled everything for us efficiently and carefully. So pleased we put the property in their hands, will willingly be paying their commission - they earn’t every penny. Thankyou Helen & Tania from the bottom of our hearts.Cardigan Bay Properties.between Feb &
