Please don’t bother with this company.
Order arrived damaged. Spent two weeks trying to contact them by various methods and still no response.

Unfortunately a company that has zero customer service. The food I ordered didn't have a particularly long bbe date but something I can live with. The issue is some of the food ordered ..cookies were not as described. Tried contacting them to query why etc but got absolutely no response. Seems like a common problem. What is wrong with these companies...it's the customers that actually keep you in business. Not sure anyone from the company will read this looking at previous reviews...shame really !!!!!!

I have ordered several times from this company. However the customer service is extremely poor when something goes wrong. Having only received half of my order - when raising a complaint, they quite literally have said - that's not our problem. Forcing me to have to do a chargeback request. Extremely poor and despite being a loyal customer now need to find another provider - or only order through amazon.

Not impressed with first time order. Paid for next day delivery as I was travelling and needed to stock up on keto foods. Didn't arrive until nearly a week later. Complained to them that I had paid for next day delivery... So they refunded me £1... Despite me paying £7.99 for it. Joke.

Very disappointed with the service from carbzone. Cannot get a response from them despite emailing them several times and leaving a message on their chat service. I am trying to contact them to tell them I have not received my order!

I always buy the wraps and love them.
I decided to try the crisp bread they arrived all Brocken and not able to eat them.
I contacted customer service and never received a reply

Ordered from this company for over 5 years. Over that time, lots of deliveries have been fine but if there’s an issue, no one gets back to you! Their customer service is absolutely shocking! Couldn’t even call it a service, they just don’t respond! I’m gutted it’s the only place I can get the products, otherwise I would never order again!

I recently thought i'd try some of the Carb Zone's super overpriced 'bread' (4 slices for £5.39).

Now, i missed 'small print' where it says the product can easily break during transportation. I mean anything can, IF IT'S NOT PACKAGED PROPERLY.

The box came by a well known Delivery Company (You can spell their name in the word delivery). It look like it had done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson, Followed by 3 rounds with Connor McGregor..... It had more red tape on it, that a government law being passed....

Carb Zone, didn't even think to be clever and put the 'bread' inbetween the wraps to help negate the box being dragged along the great wall chine and bounced off every side wall from start to end, before air lifted by one of Musk's jets, and dropping from the edge of space with no parachute.

The bread.... if yuo could call it that, is actually brittle, kind of like lightly toasted bread. If normal bread was A4 (imagine), then this bread is A6 - it's tiny.

They told me it was still eatable (It isn't if you see the pictures). I foolishly thought i'd be able to have 1 slice, lightly toasted, with some of Carb Zone's Straberry jam on it. They told me i can still eat it? I can't, unless i use it as a crumb for chicken breast, becaue if i put that in a toaster, i won't get it back out!

That's the last time i buy anything directly from them. They made no effort with the packaging. No extra paper, no foam bits, no polystera bits, no bubble wrap, literally nothing, just a large box for 6 packs of SMALL wraps, and these overpriced 4 slices of toast....

I'm disgusted

Awful customer service. If your order ever goes missing don’t expect them to be of any help at all. Multiple emails including proof that evri said the order had gone missing and yet they still refused to do anything. Will never use this website again, AWFUL

I’ve previously used this site many times. No problems. Good products delivered within the expected time. However, I ordered £29.50 worth of goods on the 27th of May and my order is still being “prepared”. I’ve emailed and messaged and heard nothing back. Will have to report as fraud to my bank now and there seems to be no resolution. I will never use again or continue to recommend them. Which is such a shame, as I do love the products.

As all the previous reviews. Waited 8 days so far for my order. No idea what state the bread will be in if it arrives. Customer service very poor. I will never use again.

Used a few times in the past but never again, customer service is useless, going to have to claim back money from Credit card

Waiting for over 2 weeks for the delivery and still no sign.

Requested a replacement to be sent out and no response. Will be phoning my bank tomorrow to claim back my money.

I ordered my items for over 10 days, no delivery,no communication. They had promised to deliver in 2-3 days. No response from customer service despite sending them emails. Pathetic!!!😡

Jag vill varna andra när det gäller att samarbeta med detta företag. De har haft ekonomiska svårigheter. Dessutom har de en utestående outsourcingavgift för sex månader som fortfarande är obetald till oss. Var vänlig och iaktta försiktighet samt säkerställ noggrann due diligence innan ni ingår några avtal med detta företag.

Don’t bother with this outfit. After noticing they use the cheapest, most useless, courier outfit in country I should have known better than to order. Wild optimism took hold though…with predictable results. No order delivered and the hopefully named ‘customer service’ from Carbzone requesting I ring around the courier collect shops in my area to see if my 4 day late parcel had landed there by mistake!?.

Way to own your ‘cheapest courier’ mistakes Carbzone. Won’t be ordering again.

As a regular customer of Carbzone, I have consistently encouraged others to use them. Sadly, the first time I needed to encounter their customer service team to cancel an order (less than an hour after ordering as my Mum had also ordered which made it duplicate shipping to the same address) the agent told me it had left the building. I highlighted that no seller would be that prompt and after much back and forward they finally accepted they hadn't sent it only after I threatened to submit a formal complaint and escalate as high as needed for them failing to follow their own cancellation policy. The products are great... the company and their customer services skills are awful and they have therefore lost a customer in me.

I like the products. However when over half of my order went missing the Customer services was appalling. Slow to respond, couldn't tell me where the missing items were and more or less accused me of lying. It was clear they were not going to do anything for me. A week later another box miraculously turned up with the missing items!

Good products
We buy the wraps which are pretty good. We recently bought the lasagna sheets. Not tried them yet. One box arrived open and bashed up. The rest were fine. Delivery can be a bit slow sometimes but not really had a problem. Customer service got back to us very promptly re the bashed up goods. So far so good.
