Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding your purchase.
You ordered our Terrarium Plant Mix, and we can confirm that the correct order was supplied.
As this is a mixed selection, the varieties included can vary depending on stock availability and will not necessarily be identical to those shown in the listing photographs. This is explained in the product description, as the images are intended to provide examples of the plants that may be included rather than a guaranteed selection.
Mixed selections may also contain duplicate varieties, depending on the plants available at the time of packing.
When you contacted us to express your dissatisfaction with the selection received, we explained that you were welcome to return the plants if you did not wish to keep them. As the correct items had been supplied and no fault had been identified, the return postage would be at your own expense.
We are sorry that the selection did not meet your expectations, but we would like to reassure you that the order was fulfilled in accordance with the product listing.
We appreciate your feedback and apologise for any disappointment caused.
Kind Regards,
Carbeth Plants

The garlic was in great condition and is now planted.
One small thing, it would have been nice if the individual bags had had the garlic name on them. They are planted separately but it would have been helpful to know which was which.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!
We're delighted to hear that your garlic arrived in great condition and is now planted. We hope you have a fantastic harvest!
We do sincerely apologise that the individual bags were not labelled with the garlic varieties. We completely understand how helpful this would have been, particularly when planting different varieties separately.
We really appreciate your feedback and will certainly pass your suggestion on to our packing team for consideration.
Thank you again for choosing Carbeth Plants, and we wish you every success with your garlic!

The five stars refers to ordering
The five stars refers to ordering, delivery and the look of the bulbs. I won't know how good the product us till next spring.
So, this review is meaningless and I am sorry to have wasted your time.

Please don't feel that you've wasted our time at all! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Reviews about the ordering process, delivery and condition of the bulbs on arrival are just as valuable to us as feedback about how they perform once planted.
We completely understand that you won't know how well the bulbs grow and flower until spring, and we certainly hope they reward you with a beautiful display!
Thank you again for choosing Carbeth Plants, and we wish you every success with your planting.
Kind Regards,

Outstanding selection of hard to find houseplants
I cannot believe that I have only just discovered Carbeth Plants! What an outstanding selection of houseplants for the true enthusiast. There are plants here that I've not seen around for sale since the 1980s. True, many of them are not ideal for beginners, but some of us are old hands at this and relish a challenge! And thank you too for calling plants by their proper names rather than Susie snake plant and all that nonsense. Everything arrived beautifully packaged, in perfect condition and within a few days of ordering. I couldn't be more impressed and will be back again and again.
