The box had damage to the side
The box had damage to the side! On opening, the plants had slipped out of their trays. Some were ok while some had no soil, as it was leaking out of box. Quality was fine, but transit caused damage!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're very sorry that your parcel arrived damaged during transit.
Unfortunately, parcels can sometimes experience rough handling during delivery, which may cause plants to become dislodged and compost to spill.
We completely understand your disappointment, as this is certainly not how we want our plants to arrive.
We have reached out to you directly to offer our assistance and make sure everything is okay with your plants.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We hope your plants settle in well and thrive.

We're happy to hear that you're happy with the quality of your plants, although we're sorry that they were a little smaller than expected.
Many of our plants are supplied as young specimens and will continue to grow and develop as they establish. Our roses are cut back at this time of year, which promotes new growth in spring.
We're also sorry to hear that one of the pots arrived broken. We have reached out to you directly to make sure everything is okay and to see if we can assist further.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope your new plants thrive!

I ordered 6 rhubarb crowns they were implantable!
I ordered 6 rhubarb crowns. They arrived very promptly but were absolutely tiny with a visible bud on only one crown. Three were mouldy and swishy so definitely dead. They are the worse plants I’ve ever received through ordering online. I also ordered the special ‘treatment’ that they were to receive and was sent two slow release tablets for 6 crowns! I have written to complain with photographs so it will be interesting to see if they care!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition and size of your rhubarb crowns.
Rhubarb crowns are supplied in their dormant state at this time of year, so they can appear quite small and may have very little visible growth. This is completely normal, and healthy crowns should begin developing new shoots once established in suitable growing conditions.
Regarding the plant treatment, these are supplied as slow-release tablets, designed to gradually release nutrients into the soil to support root development and healthy growth. Therefore, the tablets you received are the correct form of treatment.
We can see that you have already contacted our customer service team with photographs and that replacements have since been arranged for you.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused and hope your replacement crowns establish well and provide you with a lovely rhubarb harvest in the future.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put things right.
Kind Regards,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
We're delighted to hear that your plants arrived in good condition and that you were pleased with their health and quality.
We are sorry that the size of one of the plants was a little smaller than you expected for the price paid.
Many of our plants are supplied as young specimens, so they may initially appear smaller than anticipated. However, with the right care and growing conditions, they should continue to establish and develop into much fuller, mature plants.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope all your new plants thrive and bring you plenty of enjoyment in your garden.
Thank you again for choosing Carbeth Plants!

We are very sorry to hear that your Christmas cactus has not arrived and sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
Having checked our correspondence, we can confirm that we responded to your message yesterday regarding your order.
Unfortunately, it appears there has been an issue with Evri during transit, which has resulted in your parcel not progressing through their delivery network as expected.
We completely understand how disappointing this must be, particularly when you have been waiting for your plant and have been concerned about the lack of tracking updates.
We would like to reassure you that we have since arranged for a replacement to be sent, and this should be with you soon.
We sincerely apologise again for the delivery difficulties and hope you will be delighted with your Christmas cactus when it arrives.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Rosanne Geraniums order
Delivery and packing were 5 stars however I was disappointed that the 4 Rosanne Geraniums were so small for that amount of money. I did expect larger plants.

Besvarelse fra Carbeth Plants
We're delighted to hear that you were pleased with the delivery and packaging of your plants, although we're sorry that you were disappointed with their size.
We would like to clarify that our Geranium Rozanne plants are supplied in 9cm pots, as stated in the product listing. These are young plants rather than mature, established specimens, so they will naturally be smaller when they arrive.
Geranium Rozanne is a vigorous perennial that can spread considerably once established. With suitable care and growing conditions, your plants should gradually develop into much larger, fuller plants and produce a beautiful display of flowers.
We understand that you were expecting larger plants for the price paid, and we sincerely apologise that they did not meet your expectations.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope your geraniums establish well and provide you with plenty of lovely colour in your garden!
Kind Regards,
Carbeth Plants

The description said the ‘bronze’ rose - its just a yellow one
The description said the ‘bronze’ rose, which was actually just a yellow one, would be gift wrapped. When I opened the box soil fell over the floor, and the hessian that the rose was wrapped in had soil all over it too. Please see the pictures if there is a facility to upload them. Really disappointed. I still haven’t given the present because I need to buy paper and ribbon to re wrap it. The anniversary was 16/10

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment, particularly as the rose was intended as a special anniversary gift.
We would like to clarify that the term 'Bronze' refers to the anniversary being celebrated, rather than the colour of the rose itself. The yellow rose is therefore the correct colour for this product.
Regarding the packaging, we sincerely apologise that some of the compost spilled during transit and affected the hessian gift wrapping. Unfortunately, parcels can sometimes experience movement during delivery, which may cause loose compost to escape from the pot.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you were expecting a beautifully presented gift for such a special occasion.
We have reached out to you directly to request some further information and photographs so that we can look into your concerns and assist you further.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused and hope to hear from you soon.
Kind Regards,
Carbeth Plants
