Thank you for your lovely feedback and for choosing to order from us again! We're pleased to hear your plants arrived quickly and that you appreciated the extras.
At this time of year, many plants naturally begin to die back as they enter their dormant period, so reduced top growth isn't necessarily a cause for concern. We hope they establish well once planted.
We're sorry to hear your previous plants haven't lasted as long as expected. If you ever have concerns about their growth or condition, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team with some photographs. We'll be more than happy to offer advice and assistance.
Thank you again for your continued support!

Item not delivered and can't resolve the issue
I have sent a number of emails asking where an item is. It is over £15 in value.
I feel I am being stonewalled, and one email a day back and forth - without resolution - is not helping.
I can only assume my money is lost.
