Carbeth plants are amazing 5 stars from me everytime
This company is top notch from start to finish, my ordered arrived with alight damage to the plant & they instantly sent out a replacement super fast with lots of apologies and insisting I didn’t have to send the original damaged one back, when i untied the plant after checking and asking their advise unfortunately they both unravelled as it turned out it was still to early but again they immediately sent another one and insisted I keep the two I already had and leave the new one tied longer but unfortunately through no fault of carbeth plants the new one had damage they wouldn’t of noticed but my son who is on the spectrum noticed it and was upset carbeth plants went above and beyond and offered to send another one or a replacement I had chose, this company has gone above and beyond at every turn and wanted to ensure my son was happy as they were aware he loves his plants.
I cannot recommend this company enough for their customer care more than anything but also their speed and their rapid problem solving and ensuring their customer is happy.

Most of order missing
First order of bulbs arrived no problem. Placed 2nd for 3 hellebore plants pink and only 1 arrived. Have sent numerous messages to them to forward the other two plants but have had no response. Not happy.

We would, however, like to clarify that our customer service team did respond to your initial email yesterday afternoon. We subsequently received a further reply from you, which was awaiting attention when our customer service team finished at 4pm.
Our team operates between 8am and 4pm, and we aim to respond to customer enquiries within 24 hours. Please be assured that your messages have not been ignored.
We completely understand your disappointment at receiving an incomplete order, and our team will investigate the missing plants and work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Horrendous customer service
Didn't deliver on time and even though I cancelled the order under the consumers rights act they refused to pay for the return of the items when they got delivered after my cancellation and due to their own fault and wouldn't refund until they received back the order.
They are also expensive for what they are. AVOID!!!

We're sorry that your delivery did not arrive as expected and appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as the items were intended for a specific occasion.
Your order was placed on Friday 16 October using our next working-day delivery service, with delivery expected on Monday 19 October. Unfortunately, the parcel was delayed within the Royal Mail network and was delivered on Tuesday 20 October.
While courier delays are outside our direct control, we fully appreciate that the delivery service did not meet expectations, and we refunded the additional next-day delivery charge accordingly.
When your cancellation request was received, your order had already been processed for dispatch, meaning we were unable to stop it at that stage.
We would also like to clarify that we did not refuse to accept a return. We explained that the items could be returned for a refund and outlined our standard returns policy, which does not routinely include complimentary return postage.
We're sorry that this experience was disappointing. We always aim to provide a helpful and fair service, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Delivery let’s you down
Great service and my plant arrived today
Last night I had confirmation my plant had been delivered by Evry.
Despite being at home and the lights were on the courier had not rung the doorbell. I went to the front to get my plant but there was no plant. It was raining and dark so I searched with a torch. I went to the back of my house where my garage is, but no plant. When I came back through my back garden the plant was on its side in a very wet box. Most of the earth had fallen out!
