I applied to Capital Placement on the 2nd August 2021, I went through a small number of interviews and was given some great advice that will stay for me life, Nan D really helped me through the entire process and in the end I have ended up landing a full time role in a great start up company. I signed up with CP after my degree and when I felt intimidated by applying to jobs and internships. I had a really good experience with the CP team. They had two people speaking to me independently, making sure that they got a fuller picture of what I wanted. They gave me regular progress updates and everyone was super kind. I ended up getting an internship independently from CP realtively soon after signing up, so never ended up having interviews through CP. However, they congratulated me and processed a refund - which I didnt even expect to get - super quickly. Have recommended them to a friend since.

Capital Placement and especially Niran, went to the moon and back to help me secure a remote internship in London. I worked on it for two months before shifting base for the same internship to London.
During this entire process, Capital Placement helped me at every step and ensured that I also got my visa through Bunac in a timely manner via Bunac.

Through Capital Placement I managed to secure an remote internship position at an engineering startup based in London. I highly enjoyed working with the company as I was assigned on tasks connected with current projects that the company was working on with real clients. Moreover, my supervisor, which also happens to be the CEO as well as one of the co-founders, was more than willing to support and offer advice whenever I encountered any issues with the task at hand. Overall, it was a really valuable and eye-opening experience whereby I not only learned much about the specific engineering field the company is in but also on how to work effectively as a team even when all of it was done remotely.
