Capital Placement is a trustworthy company, and the process for remote internships is smooth. Mandri - the career advisor is very positive and encouraging to work with. I guess the minus point is the long waiting time for companies to answer; it is a hit or miss when it comes to opportunities, so it requires patience.

The whole process of applying and getting an interview went really smooth. Always quick with responding to any questions I had. Were very helpful with editing my CV to add important details that I had not thought to add myself, but will be very useful after the internship. They found a great match to what I was looking for right away, and had a very helpful practice-interview for it to help me understand how to answer typical interview questions. I do think its a lot of money to pay for a middle man, so if you´re thinking of applying, keep in mind that this is a fast-track situation to get a good placement. All in all, I would highly recommend trying capital placement if you are, like me, in your first year trying to get experience so that you can a good job (or paid job) in the NGO/non-profit sector directly after university.

Soon I am going to graduate and my whole studying period I have spent in front of my computer at online lectures and unsuccessfully trying to find an internship at different NGO’s.
