My experience with Capital placement was amazing. I honestly don’t even know where to begin when I talk about Mandri, because saying she was just a coordinator would be such an understatement.

The moment I signed up with Capital Placement for the remote international internship program, I hadn’t even properly set up my profile and the very next day, Mandri had already brought an opportunity to me. She is a very proactive and dedicated woman. From that point on, getting assigned to her was genuinely the best thing that happened to me in this entire process.

She is extremely professional, no doubt about that , she knows her work inside out and executes everything flawlessly. But what really makes her stand out is how effortlessly she steps into different roles depending on what you need. Sometimes she’s your mentor, sometimes your supporter, sometimes a teammate who’s just there with you figuring things out and somehow she balances all of it so naturally.

Her attention to detail is honestly next level. The way she prepares you for interviews is something I haven’t experienced before. She doesn’t just give you generic advice, she goes deep. She researches the company thoroughly, their website, LinkedIn, background, culture, even the smallest details and then breaks it down for you in a way that makes you feel completely prepared. She made sure that every single time I walked into an interview, I knew exactly what I was doing and why. That kind of preparation builds a different level of confidence.

But beyond all of this, what truly stayed with me is who she is as a person.

She has this warmth that you don’t come across often in professional settings. She makes an effort to connect with you on a personal level, to understand where you’re coming from, what you’re feeling, what you need. There were moments when I doubted myself, and she would say exactly what I needed to hear, not just to motivate me, but to make me actually believe in myself. That belief she has in you… it does something. Sometimes that’s all you need to get through a process like this.

At many points, it honestly felt like having a big sister by my side, someone who’s constantly rooting for you and guiding you.

She is incredibly approachable. You can literally talk to her about anything, doubts, fears, confusion and she’ll always listen. After every interview, she would reach out, check in, ask how I felt, guide me on the next steps, and keep me updated regularly. That consistency and care made the entire experience feel so much less overwhelming.

And today, I can say this with so much happiness, I got placed in my dream company in London. The team is amazing, I love what the company is doing, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I am over the moon.

And I give all the credit to her.

If you have Mandri by your side, you really don’t need to worry about anything. Just trust her, trust the process, and trust yourself a little more because she already believes in you enough.
