I started working with Canopy a couple months ago after having talked with 5 or 6 different agencies that offer similar services. This was a big decision for our business since it felt like we were hiring our first employee. My wife and I started this business and we work on it on the side, so we needed to outsource our Amazon work as we grew our product line, and we needed to feel confident that our business could grow and be in good hands since almost all our sales come from Amazon. Canopy's track record, honesty, and communication were some of the main reasons we chose them. I also wanted someone who could do their own photos and videos so we didn't have to find yet another person to go to for that.

So far my experience has been really positive. I first started working with their team that does listing optimizations as we are launching a few new products on Amazon. I'm impressed with the images and infographics they've put together for us. Their design team is talented. However, I think I'm more impressed with their communication and willingness to listen to my feedback. I have a pretty good idea of what I want and how things should look, so there have been some things they've done that I wanted done differently. They've been receptive to all of my feedback and really want to make sure I'm happy with the outcome.

Their ads team just started running ads for our products a few weeks ago, so I don't have a ton to report back on in terms of improvements in RoAS and things like that. That being said, one of our products did get the "#1 New Release" badge for its category, so that was a product of the listing optimization and some initial ads.

We still have a few product listings yet to be optimized, including one that is launching soon, so I will try to remember to update this post in about 6 months once those are done and I've had some time to see how the conversion rates, RoAS, and Best Seller Rankings improve.
