Poor performance. Poor Communication.
First they restarted producing Google ads without changing anything. They just put their name in the campaign name. This caused ads to stop producing until they could relearn.

Then they farmed it out to some guys in another country who rarely communicated, ignoring emails.

They didn't understand my business or target market, didn't make any changes to ads or optimize. Then they said that because we had ads already running this was just some sort of review state setup to just monitor ongoing ads.

When I complained about the ad rep not responding or optimizing they told me he has a masters degree. I have no idea what that has to do with not actually managing the account.

Then I asked for my money back and they refused.

We've had a great relationship and experience with Quartile, keeping with our goals and budget.
