I've enjoyed my experience with Canopy Management so far. I know the company has been working for with Canopy for a while, and while my personal experience is only a few months, they've been helpful. The meetings do a good job at covering the big picture, while also leaving with some actionable things to inch us all in the right direction.

I've also appreciated the customer serving experience. Again, it is taking care of the interactions and sending the important and actionable information over to us. It is another part that has been helpful, and I appreciate the reminders if I forget the first time around.

The experience overall has been good, and I'm excited to continue going forward with our experience together.

We have found success on Etsy over the last several years and began the process of selling our products on Amazon. We learned that the level of success you can find on Amazon is much higher but so are the skills required to get there. We spent the last 12 months hiring several Amazon management firms. There are three the big ones the come up consistently and unfortunately we wasted 10 months trying out the less expensive options. Canopy is a little more than the competitors but we discovered in almost no time at all that the talent they have more than covers it. I learn something new about Amazon every time we meet and I absorb the information that they give. I'm speaking highly of them to the point that you'd think they paid me but the process of researching a company, doing initial sales calls, onboarding, and then giving them months to see what they can do only to find that they're not producing what they promised and now you have to start again is discouraging. As a business owner I have a lot on my plate and going through this process over and over again was demoralizing. However Canopy in a very short time has moved the needle and they have the data, stats, and expertise to tell you why they're doing what they're doing and show you that it's working. I'm excited to see what they can do and looking forward to the freedom of not having to worry about if the account is being handled well so I can work on other things in terms of growing the business.
