Canopy Management is not good at PPC advertising optimization. I used them for 18 months and they never could figure out how to improve my ROAS to a number that was over 4.0. I switched from them on June 3rd to another company. In the 21 days since, my ROAS has been 4.85.

Here are a few of the things Canopy did wrong during my time with them:
1) I used them to update my listings and they incorrectly loaded a "/" into everyone of my listings.
2) They cycled multiple different people into and out of the account, loosing the continuity of what we were trying to accomplish
3) I asked repeatedly to get my PPC spend inside of a range and they simply didn't do it for 2 months for reasons I cannot explain.

The people there seemed smart and intelligent. But the performance of what I got in return did not meet that. To say I was disappointed in their performance would be an understatement.

Working with Canopy has been great. They have done a good job setting expectations and putting us in a position to succeed. Tim, Sara and Ashlynn have been a pleasure to work with.

We hired Canopy to launch an upcoming Beauty Brand on Amazon. We were concerned since the Brand is still building awareness but we could not have been happier with our choice. We worked closely with the Canopy team but they took the lead across all areas: operations, inventory, creating the launch listings, building the storefront and A+Content, and ads management. We are at the beginning of our partnership with Canopy but so far, we are very happy with our choice and would recommend them.
