Besides the gummies I won't buy anymore. Most of it tastes horrible. My 7 year old didn't like it either. I don't recommend the brownie, popcorn, strawberry sticks, or cookie dough.

I ordered my candy on 3/27, got an email 4/02 that it had shipped and would be here in 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later and it's still not here, and my bank account was charged. They gave me a FedEx tracking number so I called them because it said it hadn't moved from original location. They haven't even gotten the package to ship it! The company won't email me back, and of course their phone is a joke. Do not order from this scam.

Thank God I bought this for Groupon. I couldn't even imagine how disappointed I would've been if I'd paid full price for this junk. I bought a Groupon for $5 good toward a $40 box of candy. I buy it and get to the site's checkout only to find the S&H ALONE was 1/3 of that price. Over $10 for them to get, what turned out to be barely any candy to my home. Then, when I get the box, it's huge so I'm all excited thinking it's gonna be packed with a lot of different choices. Nope. Just 6 tiny containers (for which you're paying every last cent toward the S&H) and they're filled with nothing but "old people" candy. Taffy, hard candies, malt balls.... SERIOUSLY? I wouldn't pay $5 for that in large quantities WITHOUT S&H, let ALONE to wait for it for 2 weeks. Gave all but the nonpareils to my friend's daughters. Oh yeah, nonpareils, too... Wow. DON'T waste your money on this junk. No wonder it was in Groupon. Nothing worthwhile is ever on there. *deletes app*

Just wanna share- I had bought a subscription but changed my mind immediately. The support team, unfortunately, responded to my cancellation email after the first box had already shipped (it shipped very quickly!). When they did reply to my cancellation email they were super helpful, gladly refunded all my money and when I asked about how to return the shipment that already shipped they told me to keep it and enjoy it on them. That is awesome customer service! When I'm better with self control around sweets (😆!) I definitely will buy a subscription again but keep it this time. BTW: I signed up for the subscription and cancelled it on the 17th. Today is the 19th and the shipment came today (and geeeeze did it look delicious!) So that's SUPER fast for a sub box company.

I’ve gotten two months of boxes. In my second box, 3 were repeats from the previous month and one wasn’t very good. So, I emailed customer service, and they sent me a new box of six candies! Very impressed with customer service. Thank you candy club!

honestly should’ve read the reviews before I purchased. I was very disappointed for a few reasons. starting with when you are actually subscribing, they ask you your candy preferences. I chose “mostly sour” and received only one tub with sour candy and it wasn’t good. the rest of the candy I gave to my family because it was stuff I wouldn’t eat. I also expected the tubs to be bigger and I instantly regretted spending $40+ on 6 tiny tubs of nasty candy. the only semi-positive thing I have to say is that when I went to cancel my subscription, I sent an email to customer service just simply saying “I’d like to cancel my subscription.” and they emailed back in a few days and sent me a cancellation confirmation email which was really easy.

I love this subscription, I have had it for a year now. Customer service has been great in my experience. It is a lot of money to spend on candy but if I need to skip a box every few months they are awesome about it. The candy is different than what you can get at a regular store. It reminds me of what they would have at Candy Co. in the mall when I was a kid. If you love candy this is a fun little treat for yourself!

I got Candy Club because I had a Groupon and decided to try it. When I got my first box, I was severely disappointed. The candy tasted cheap and old. I thought I had only signed up for one box, but a few days ago, I was charged the $40 for another box. I'm a student and can't afford to be paying $40 a MONTH for candy, and I tried to get my money back. When I called, it disconnected immediately every time. I sent an email and got a response a few days later saying that they cancelled my account but can't give me a refund. Would not recommend to anyone- even candy lovers.

Very very bad !! I never received the first box which was supposed to come in on January then January 31 came and I’m charged an outrageous price of 39 dollars so I emailed them after trying to call them. Let’s hope I can get both of my refunds and by the way the shipping is outrageously expensive. What a shame I feel this was a scam

Don’t do this subscription! I thought it was a cool idea so I decided to try a box, especially since the first one was discounted. Then I saw a bunch of pretty bad reviews that made me weary about having signed up for a subscription. I went to my account to cancel and saw that you have to email or call to cancel, a little strange but okay. Tried to call 20 times today and every time it rings once and then says “sorry, no one is available to take your call at this moment” and disconnects. By now I am feeling really awful about trusting this company. I sent an email yesterday so here’s hoping they get back to me before I have to call my bank and cancel my card.

I have been trying to cancel my account with them for almost over a week now! I am a college student and the money they are trying to take out of my account I need for books and other things (I started my subscription over break). I have called multiple times and they have not even picked up the phone! I emailed and everything else and I have yet to communicate with any real person. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE. Save yourself the time, money, and headache over the terrible customer service and product. I was going to try and put my plan back on after I got out for the summer but I will not be a customer of this service EVER AGAIN.

If I could put ZERO I would! This place is a scam at best! No way in hell this is worth $39.99.... $3 @ best! Took 2 weeks to arrive and I am lost for words on customer service! They contacted me about my Groupon review and asked me to change it. I suggest everyone contact the BBB and close this scam down. They make it impossible to discontinue their crap of the month box. You won’t ever receive a call back or get a live person. UPDATE: Their phone is disconnected.
This company is aweful!!! Twice I have asked them to close my account and they still continue to withdrawl money from my account. Their candy is not worth the money they charge. If you want good candy buy it at the store, pay less than half the cost and get what you will actually enjoy, not just gummies!!

This company is unbelievable! Such a scam! DO NOT be fooled by them! They’ve had the nerve to charge my account and I haven’t even record an ordered confirmation or proof of any purchase/details of my order! You are forced to subscribe to a monthly membership in order to use the Groupon-(which conveniently cannot be traded in or refunded) and then you pay $9.99 shipping for standard shipping-on candy?! In addition to all of that, there phone # listed on their website doesn’t work-“not reachable”! I wouldn’t recommend this program/product/service/scam-joke to anyone! Stay away!!
