How do i track my order, the email address you have provided does not seem to work

I was recommended this site through a friend, I was quite skeptical about it because, a lot of people had negative experiences. I decided to order candy separately instead of doing a subscription. I believe it took about 1-2 weeks to come, when I received the candy it was a good portion size, as well as fresh and tasty. It's quite expensive so it won't be something I'll be purchasing all the time, but I do recommend it.

It seems that a lot of people issues are coming through the subscriptions side of things, I suggest that first time buyers should order candy without the subscriptions and if all goes well then you can decided if you want the subscription option or not. 5/5 I would order from here again, my favorites are the sour bites filled with the vanilla cream. Though, I do wish they would offer discount codes to the people who order without a subscription.

Candy Club is great. I had a wonderful experience with customer service when I didn't care for one item that they sent. They responded quickly and sent a replacement in a timely matter. The candy is really tasty and so far I like the selections sent to me. I've received two orders so far. It has help provide some fun for my nieces and nephews and for myself! So far, the gummy peaches, lemonade rings and octopuses are my personal favorites, but overall they have all been great with just one exception! It's definitely a favorite subscription service!

4/6 of the candies we receive are disgusting. I wish I were exaggerating. The candies that are good are no better than the 2/$1.59 candies at a gas station. These are ridiculously overpriced.

I can't just cancel the subscription because you have to call them. It's going to be a pain. I regret signing up.

I did two months of candy club sour candy. The first month was ok however most of the candies were disgusting and stale/hard. The only thing i enjoyed in my box the first time were the rainbow sour belts. The next box I recieved all but one of the was stale and hard again. I paid $30 a box for candy i couldnt even eat !! Let alone the fact that candy club is one of the more expensive subscription services. THEN when I contacted them about what happened all that was done was my subscription was cancelled. They did nothing to make what happened right. They didnt refund me or send me a box of not stale candy. Like someone earlier said next time im just going to go to the dollar store because they have better candy AND customer service then this. Ridiculous.

Very pleased with candy club! Always been very happy with the candies. We choose sweet. Haven’t gotten doubles. Will continue to order!

I have a monthly subscription as well as give these boxes as gifts! The candy variety is always fun and exciting and I look forward to it every month! Candy Club also has an amazing customer support team that helped me out when a box got lost in the mail. Love them!

CANDY CLUB candy tastes okay to me. But I didn't really like it very much. I'm not such a
sweet tooth as my brother. He's crazy about CANDY CLUB, by the way. So now if we order sweets here, my brother eats most of them)

I decided to try Candy Club when the candy store in the city I live in closed and it has to be without a doubt the worst thing I've ever done in terms of box services. The candy is completely awful in terms of flavors and while the textures on some are okay but the Sour Cotton Candy Belts have this weird aftertaste and the Sweet and Sour Cherry Soda bottle gummies are just gross! Far too sour. For me this was a huge waste of money. The next time I need to satisfy my sweet tooth I'll save myself the trouble and go to the local dollar store.

I signed up and chose to have mostly sweets. Which should have been taffy’s and chocolates. I received all sour candies in which I had given other people as I have severe acid reflux and can’t eat sour candies. I paid $50/mo for two months. Each month I was sent the same thing...sour candies. I then reach out and ask them for replacement orders with the correct choosing and not sour candies, or an refund for both months as this is not the candies subscription that I chose or subscribed to. They did not respond back, instead they cancelled my subscription box and gave me no refund or no replacement boxes. This is VERY poor service! I expected my email to be responded to and my order to have been what I subscribed for. If they can not offer certain things then don’t advertise it or offer it. Period. I would not recommend, mainly because of how my issue was handled on their end...no communication or effort to fix the issue, they just cancel peoples service.

Been thinking about getting this for a while, then I saw a Groupon for it. I chose SWEET because, I love sweet candy. I expected 6 jars of sweet candy, chocolate, brownie bites, taffy etc. NO I got 6 jars of sour gummy candy. I have already reached out to them to cancel. This was super disappointing. I expected better. Not sure how difficult it will be to cancel. I emailed them. Waiting.

I can say that the candy that I bought was good in appearance also has good packaging. As an adult, I miss eating some sweets like candy. Somehow, the sweetness of the candy was too much for me.

I'm so happy with Candy Club thus far! Excited to pick my own candy every month. That makes it 100% better for me!! Thanks for everything! I'll be a loyal costumer from now on!

The boxes and candy containers are super cute and I love the idea! My husband is a sour gummy addict, so I surprised him with this box subscription. Unfortunately the candy tastes so bad. He forced himself to try every type but I couldn’t stomach it. It tastes old and nasty and a little bit like soap. I am super disappointed in the taste. All six types of candy we nasty. Several different people tried them and everyone disliked them. Huge disappointment.

Candy Club was very quick to respond to my inquiry recently. Their customer service was second to none and I was thoroughly impressed with how they handled the situation. Thank you Candy Club!

Would not recommend! Definitely not worth your money, candy taste old and nasty. They refuse refunds, I didn't even know I was subscribed to this and they will not grant a one time refund.

Great service and super cute& great tasting candy!

I paid for the sour party box with six 13oz cups and what I received was one 8oz, two 9oz, three 12oz, and only one 13oz. The candy I got was blueberry and vanilla tubes, cosmic shaped sours, blue raspberry strips, green apple shoe strings, sour octopi, and lemonade rings, all but one was awful. None of them were sour and they all tasted just wrong and I think after today I might have a suspicion as to why. I actually liked(not loved) the lemonade rings but as I was picking through them today I found a poor little bug stuck in it. Suffice to say I am extremely disappointed and will attempt to get a refund.
