I was really excited to get this box, but very underwhelmed when I got it. I was hoping for a variety of candies, but instead I got 4 containers of fruity gummies, a container of strawberry licorice, and a container of hard coffee candies. I loved the 2 candies that were not of the gummy variety, and I don’t have anything against gummies, but when you are paying this much for candy, and the company advertises that you will receive a variety of different candy, I was disappointed to get 4 kinds of gummies that all taste the same. I contacted the company to see if I could get replacements (As advertised on their website) , but I received an email back saying that most of the candy they are sending out right now is gummy, so no replacements. I understand that they are sending out a lot of gummy candy because of the summer time, but I really think that should have been advertised on their website. I don’t want to pay $30 a month for candy when all I am going to get is the same thing. I was hoping to get some fun types of candies that you can't find anywhere else, like shown on the Candy Club website, but I definitely did not have that experience.

I was so excited to find the “mermaid friends” candy box for my daughter’s 4th birthday party. I ordered it over a week ahead of time and ended up buying two boxes in order to save the $20 shipping fee. I promptly called the customer service number after ordering as there was no estimated delivery date in either the online confirmation or the email confirmation and I wanted to ensure that we received the order before my daughter’s birthday. The customer service agent assured me they’d be sending me an email that day to update the shipping since it was a Friday and personally guaranteed she’d check to make sure I received the email. Well, come Monday and no email. I called all throughout the day Monday, and sent an email, with no answer and no response. I just spent $40 on candy for my daughter’s birthday party and I have no idea when, or if, it’ll even arrive. I’m disappointed and frustrated for my daughter.

Their customer service team rocks! I was not a fan AT ALL of the item I bought, and my original review is below. Customer service reached out to me with kindness and respect and really worked with me to give their recommendations as well as finding out the type of things I liked to be sure I’d love the replacement item they sent. I really liked the rainbow sour belts. Great flavor, just the right amount of sourness without being overbearing. Their products are still a little more expensive than I’d like but it tasted really good so I wanted to update my review since I was so impressed with the customer service.

I had been excited to find these for sale since I’d heard good things about them. Bought the chocolate covered gummy bears and they were really gross. Chocolate itself was ok but the two flavors didn’t go well together at all. I had offered to two friends and neither of them liked them either, and we tried a few just to see if maybe it was a bad flavor of gummy, another flavor will be better, right? So disappointed, because for that price I expected it to be really good. Wouldn’t even buy these again if they were at the dollar store.

Transport trwa prawie dziesięć dni, co jest zbyt wolne, no cóż, nigdy nie widziałem tak wolnego transportu. Na szczęście lubię jeść słodycze. Jestem bardzo rozczarowany.

I really loved the products I got! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the candy was melted which isn't entirely Candy Club's fault but I think that maybe for a few extra bucks some insolated boxes or something to keep them cold during the summer months could be a good option!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered 5/1/21, and it’s still says awaiting fulfillment, I have tried reaching them numerous times with no response, I don’t ever write bad reviews but I’m getting very annoyed with the lack of response after paying near $40 for candy 🤦🏼♀️ take my advice and DO NOT ORDER

Really wanted to try it.. So here I am with it..... Thanks to Macy's I was able to try before committing to a subscription.
How did it taste....well I'm a sugar but not to sweet kind of fan but this was way to much sugar. The sour belt was delicious it gave me that sour sweet rush but for the price, It would only be now and again not a subscription the size of the container not bad you will not over eat that's for sure.. The packing wasn't bad but I prefer seal inside of the lid instead of tamper tap on the outside. Delivery was fast came as described. Will I recommend, Most definitely. (Sour belts 👍👍👍Mango, strawberry, assorted favor etc. Pink lemonade).

Great chocolate covered malted milk balls. The candy came in packaging that was simple, but kept it fresh. The containers for the candy are so cute! These are yummy . The size is large enough that it takes several bites to finish. Satisfied my craving!

I was So excited to finally get my Candy club box in the mail!! Which only heightened my disappointment when I tried the candy! Honestly I didn’t even have to try it first to be disappointed. I had expected there would be a candy or two that just wasn’t my personal taste, that’s to be expected, but it honestly felt like they had filled my box with the reject candy they had left on their shelves. But then trying them was even worse! I don’t want to destroy this candy company because they really do look like a cute company and had so many candies in their marketing that look good, but this box was a literal nightmare! I am not a candy snob, but nothing in it was even edible! I really am hoping they can redeem themselves and follow through on their “ Love Your Candy Guarantee:
If you don’t love your candy, we’ll replace it free of charge” <— That is copy and pasted from their website! So hopefully they follow through and can redeem themselves!
Update: I already received a reply from their virtual assistant on their website and they are processing a replacement box to ship to me. So kudos there for a speedy reply and hopefully the candy they send is edible and enjoyable and I can add more stars to the review!

UPDATE; AS OF 4/7 - I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER. I'VE RECEIVED EMAILS STATING A REFUND WAS PROCESSED ASAP, HOWEVER - NOTHING HAS HIT MY BANK. I SHOULD HAVE HAD IT DEL BY NO LATER THAN 3/24. NOPE. I GET AN EMAIL SAYING IT TAKES 1-3 DAYS TO PROCESS AND THEN SHIP OUT. NOW-- IT DELIVERS ON MONDAY 3/29- WHEN WE WILL BE OUT OF TOWN, AND PAST HER BIRTHDAY. THEY "GRACIOUSLY" OFFERED ME A 10$ REFUND (?) WHICH I HAVENT REC'D YET, BUT WHY ASK WHAT DATE YOU WANT THE PRODUCT SHIPPED IF IT ISNT GOING TO SHIP OUT THAT DAY? I had originally thought I had ordered just a $14.99 candy order until I found out that I had actually purchased a subscription. I cancelled my order within a few hours of it being purchased. Next thing I know the money is taken out of the hold and deducted from my bank account. I emailed them and tried calling them this morning but their phone number does not work. I want and need help.

I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to buy some candies. Hearing about Candy Club I decided to check out the selection. I was disappointed to find that all the best candy flavors had a sour coat on top, so that led me to look at the chocolate selections available. This made me gush with excitement, as the chocolates looked great and I was right in ordering them!
The Chocolate Toffee Peanuts are amazing... they are my new favorite! The Dreamy Raspberry Cremes were also outstanding and the Nutty Carmel Clusters were so chewy and crunchy and delicious! If you like coffee I recommend the HOPJES... I dunno where they’re from but they’re fantastic!
All in all... I good buy.

I had heard lots of great things about the candy club. They had a sale for $15.00 for your first box. I thought that was a great deal and decided to jump on the bandwagon. They used FedEx and kept changing the delivery date two days in a row. When we got the box we really enjoyed 3/6 candies. The other ones were gummies and were hard & stale. My jaw hurt after eating just two of them. Not as good as I was expecting for sure.

The candy is mediocre and not really worth it for the price. Shipping was incredibly slow and delayed, not the time that was promised. For $30 plus $10 shipping, it's not that much candy. You're better off just buying your favorites from the store.

Subscribed... but thinking of canceling. They have WAY too many sour candies, not enough sweet (or Cinnamon or chocolate) choices for the pick your candies time period. They are also very overpriced for what you get. Would prefer more options.
I would also like the "splash" of candy back, they used to put wrapped candies loose in the early months of my subscription.
I do like some of the sour candies I get (but again too many 'sour' types of candy. And I like the pick your candies option they do. And I also like that you can put your account on hold/ pause shipments for several months in advance when needed, by simply emailing them, instead of calling, so if you sometimes like the box you can just skip the box easily, without completely canceling your account.
