I've had candy club for a little over a year now, and i love it. Yes you can get some of the same candies sometimes, but most of the candies are delicious, especially if you like sour candies. Ive gotten two people candy clu as a gift and they both loved it. You can buy individual types of candies on the website now too.
I've had to call customer service once and while the wait time was a tad long, 12 minutes, they were very helpful and friendly. For me, this is way better than going to the store to get candy. You won't get the same quality from the store.

This was amazing! I got a groupon for it so it was just $4 plus shipping. And it’s a lot of candy that’s all really good! Great brand, live it👌🏽

To begin - the shipping is very expensive and wasn't disclosed when ordering from Groupon. Secondly, the Groupon Code wouldn't initially work for the "sweet" so I had to contact the company. Then inputing the Groupon code wasn't clear and I had to contact them again. The worst part is that I have a different shipping and billing address and after I confirmed both they sent the package to my billing address and I had to pay an additional $10 ($20. in shipping) to reship the package myself. The candy is satisfactory but next time I will go to a candy story and buy what I choose and ship it for A LOT less!

I am frustrated. I received a box and I didn't want that crap. The only thing that was nice was the fruit slices. My dad likes them. I tried calling, the response is "No one is available." Then I am disconnected.
I never recieved an email saying to places an email order. I am told that I can go to the web site and I have a better selection. That was bunk. I don't always want chewy and sour candy. I want to be able to choose. Oh yes I called during business hours

Definitely not worth it. I tried Candy Club using a Groupon which helped with the cost, but with the expensive shipping it still wasn't worth what I received. The candies are so fake tasting and some were chewy and stale. I didn't have the option of curating my box and was sent candies I never would have chosen. I couldn't even select allergens to stay away from. My husband's celiac, but half the candies we received contained gluten. I contacted customer service and their options were $15 off my next box or receive another box of candies they chose. I didn't want to continue my subscription so I chose a replacement box. I would have preferred some sort of refund, even just partial, but that wasn't an option. The replacement box was even worse. I only actually liked one candy out of the 12 total I received. Also, my first box had white seals on but none of the candies in my second box had a seal under the lid. The orders were close together. Did I get old candies the first time? Is that why some tasted stale?

Received my first order. Containers are very small and not sealed for freshness. When I opened mine the white seal fell off and was inside each of the lids. Lids opened very easily and not sealed. Two candies tasted stale. Emailed customer service as they advertise a candy guarantee and that they will replace candy if you don't like it. My initial email back was that they were sorry. Second email was that they had already responded to me and wanted pictures to be emailed to them showing the lids. I am not sure what that was supposed to prove but I had already thrown them away (why keep six white seals). I emailed them back to just cancel this thing out and they did so quickly. I used to have this same Candy Club back a while ago and now it is nothing like it used to be!

I absolutely love candy club. It’s crazy that you have to be dissatisfied with your purchase to then pick your candy. But the customer service is fast and knows how to make a customer happy. I’m completely satisfied and can’t wait to get my next box.

I wish there was some level of customization available, I ordered a mostly sweet box and got four sour candies, one very bitter coffee candy and one thing of gummy Bears that had melted together. There were plenty of candies on their site that looked good and I thought mostly sweet was a safe way to get them since I truly despise sour candies, I'd have one or two to share with my friends. Instead I've got one tub of melted gummy Bears to myself and am giving away five of the 6 tubs away. If there was a way to like pick a better selection like survey or something I think it would have been better. And a way to stop the candy from turning to one melted blob would be better

So disappointed. I had a sweet profile in check, received only chocolate items that were melted. They were also all 6oz give or take on the package. I selected the biggest box which should of been 13oz.. I emailed customer support and was told they dont send chocolate in the summer, so I obviously got sent an old box which is even worse. Never gotten back too after. A waste of money on what was supposed to be a little treat, on something I had to just throw away. 😞
I have replied, still nothing back. I dont believe this is a legit company. No refund so I was indeed scammed. How can you advertise 13oz and send 6oz and that be ok, let alone only send chocolate then tell me I wasn't. I sent photos twice but was told they didnt come through. So sad

Purchased my first box with the profile “mostly sweet” than changed to mostly sour and back to sweet. My 1st box was sour, contacted customer service and they stated “When you first joined, you picked 'Mostly Sweets' for your taste profile. After you placed your order, you changed your taste profile to 'Mostly Sours'. When making that change, we explain that all changes reflect on future boxes.Going forward your boxes will be 'Mostly Sweets'.”
Yes, as stated by them, My 1st choice was sweet when purchasing my 1st box. Changed my profile to sour after, which should reflect future boxes not the current box. A lot of back and forth between emails. In the end, cancelled my subscription from frustration.
A lot of the emails from them kind of overlaps and auto generated, which doesn’t really make sense or answer any of my questions. Need better customer services. First time canceling a subscription out of frustration

My grandchildren who are 10 and 15 years old. Was so excited when the box came. They like the looks they like all the jars of candy. And They love the candy. Shipping was fine. Employees were great . And best of all my grandkids I really liked with the grandma sent them. I would do it again. Thank you Sharon

I thought it was really odd they didn't ask about food allergies. Seems like something they should ask.
My first box was pretty good. My second box was disgusting. 6 jars of the nastiest, flavorless, wax candy I have ever had. I threw it away, no one in my house would eat it. Asked for my money back and customer service never responded.

It has been over a month and I still have not gotten my box. Biggest waste of money. This isn't a "shipping issue" as I have never EVER had a problem receiving or getting packages in my office. We get packages from FedEx daily as we're a business location.
Customer Service is incredibly frustrating and all they do is refer me to FedEx who has told me now 6x the package is being delivered and never arrives. At this point the candy has been sitting in 100 degree weather, melted, and disgusting for three weeks... so I don't want it.
You think that as a first time user (with the possibility of subscribing to this service), they would have offered to send out another box due to this ridiculous shipping situation.... but no.
I give it 0 / 10.
