NUL - J'ai acheté un four connecté WIFI qui a tout juste 2 ans et demi d'ancienneté (septembre 2023) Il y a quelques jours, je programme 5 min à 110 °C des petits pains briochés pour le matin .....Ils ont fini carbonisé !!!?!.... de la fumée de partout dans l'appartement ! J'ai évité la catastrophe de peu.
J'ai du isoler mon enfant en bas age qui était en train de s'asphyxier et la seule chose que me demande le SAV si c'est j'ai pris des photos. NON excusez moi j'avais d'autres choses à penser à ce moment là ! ... Mettre mon enfant à l'abri par exemple !?
Le four chauffe en continu même à 50 ° C je vous déconseille fortement !!!
Quant aux SAV aucune empathie ni solutions à proposer .... Il ne me reste plus qu'à changer de four. Et croyez moi, sans mauvais jeu de mot, Candy c'est fini !!!

I purchased a candy rapido dishwasher with wifi access. When I tried to set up the wifi I found the wifi button on the unit was inactive. After pouring over the manual I couldn't find a reason for it. It turns out they ship these in 'demo mode' and don;t give instructions on how to remove this. After 4 - 5 hours on google I found out, but I got a very poor response when I tried to contact candy. Their after sales service is utter rubbish!

Bonjour je vous est contacter il y a 3 jours sans reponse .Je suis en panne depuis plus de 3 mois le techniciens est passer pour la troisieme fois toujour en panne c est super serieux en attendant je dois laver min linge en laverie automatique de ma poche biensur et poser des jours de conger lors de la visite du technicien j ai bien demander par email le changement du produit ou le remboursement aucune reponse ,une honte pour soit disant une grande marque un service apres vente fantome

Piano cottura a gas uno schifo. Nonostante il tecnico abbia aumentato il gas al minimo si spengono tutti i fuochi. Impossibile cucinare cibi a fiamma bassa perché bruci tutto causa continuo aumentare della fiamma.

Bonjour , marque à fuir l'appareil pompe à chaleur ne fonctionne pas dans mon garage , alors que le vendeur et la notice indique +5 degrés et maxi 35 dans mon garage j'ai 11/12 degrés - après l'avoir déplacé dans ma cuisine , ce qui m'a fait subir d'importantes modifications ,d'autre part appareil très très bruyant et met beaucoup plus de temps à sécher que mon ancien appareil Whirpool qui m'a été fidèle 15 ans ! Je déconseille cette marque !

At 6 months old my washing machine started leaking. I had to wait a whole week for another engineer visit. He said he couldn't find anything wrong but the gasket band might have stretched, usually they would replace it but he didn't have one on the van ( a candy work van ). He advised using a different program. I did this and after 3 washes it was leaking again worse than before the engineer came. I phoned Candy and the soonest they can send out an engineer is a week. This now means I have more washing building up as I didn't catch up from before. My Husband is end of life kidney failure and is mostly bed bound. I explained that I need my washing machine as he has accidents. The nice lady on the phone asked if I could ask my neighbours to do some for me, who in their right minds wants to wash other people's soiled bedding? Surely if the gasket band is a usual part needed they should be carried as standard. Although the machine is only 6 months old i also have it covered under domestic and general, cover and guarantees don't seen worth it.

I purchased a Candy CNBQT3518E refrigerator in July 2025. Upon delivery, I noticed that essential parts required to secure the door were missing — simple plastic components with a clearly symbolic cost.

Although this should have been an easy issue to resolve, six months have passed and the problem remains unresolved. During this time, incorrect parts have been sent on several occasions, without ever properly fixing the issue.

I have never experienced such poor customer support. It is unacceptable that such a simple problem has dragged on for so long, clearly demonstrating a lack of organization and quality in the service provided.

I bought a Candy fridge freezer Model 3L157EWK-1 via Ao.com in November last year to replace a fridge and freezer located in our garage. Everything as far as AO went very smoothly but after about a month, the freezer defrosted of its own accord ruining the food within. I contacted AO and they quickly referred me to Candy who arranged for an engineer to visit. He said it could be an issue with the condenser but at no time did he query the installation in the garage. He condemned the unit and straight away AO offered me a replacement. Thinking I had received a faulty machine I decided to have another same model Candy. At no time was I advised the reason for the issue was that the machine only operates in temperatures no lower than 16 degree C. Needless to say, as the temperature in my garage at this time of year is well below 16 degrees, the replacement machine again defrosted 2 months after installation ruining another freezer load of food. When I went back to Candy, it was only then I discovered the minimum operating temperature of 16 degrees C, which, quite frankly is ridiculous. Nowhere in the advertising info was this mentioned nor did anyone from Candy, including their engineer, mention the fact despite several phone calls. All Candy would say is that it is mentioned in the user manual but I didn’t have access to this until after the purchase was complete. In other words, the machine can only be installed inside a property that is kept at a minimum of 16 degrees C. If you are planning on going away during cold weather, keep the heating on to this minimum (crazy). Candy were very unsympathetic and refused to accept any of my arguments. Thank goodness for AO who completely resolved the issue by replacing the offending machine with one specifically suitable for installation in a garage as it will function down to minus 15 degrees C. Thanks AO. Do better Candy.

Réaction trop lente .N ' achetez pas candy .SAV rien à faire .Je N avais plus de plaque à induction qui est sous garantie ,il faut attendre, ou plutôt il faut se démerder.

Absolutely awful... Do not buy these products! My fridge and dishwasher broke down so many times, the customer service is terrible. Getting someone to fix things is just terrible. Worse make ever!

My partner and I purchased a Candy Washing machine Model number CS 148TBBE-80 in black and a rivet or bolt or whatever it's called in the drum was serrated and damaged over £300 worth of clothes to which the retailer Argos reimbursed us £50 and I had to ask them for that so not impressed with ARGOS either. The machine was loud but you can't fault the quality of the clothes washed. We got a replacement and this machine is louder and wobbles about like R2D2 on methamphetamine. The noise of it bouncing about has been so loud we thought someone was trying to kick our front door in. Now I should of done this review a long time ago so I'm doing it now. I won't be buying Candy again.

J’ai acheté un sèche linge neuf qui a été livré défectueux
Leur réparateur est venu après un mois d’attente et il a confirmé que l’appareil était endommagé mais leur « inspecteur » a classé le dossier sans suite. J’ai donc un sèche linge inutilisable et ils ne proposent aucune solution de réparation ou d’échange. Ils ne sont pas choqués que je sois obligée d’en racheter un. Marque avec Aucune conscience écologique ? Il évoque éventuellement un problème de transport mais ne m’ont donné aucun document certifiant leur déclaration. Service après vente déplorable. Fuyez cette marque.

Delivery could be more faster and reliable as I expected but not a bad experience overall.

Juste des gros voleurs qui affichent des remboursements jamais effectués malgré plusieurs relances et malgré acceptation de leur part, ceci lors d'une offre de 30 € de remboursement pour l'achat de lave linge séchant au magasin But de Fougères...
Bien sûr le vendeur ne se sent pas concerné...
alors fuyez, c'est la meilleure solution. Au final, on vous fait patienter... puis votre N° d'opération devient NON VALIDE... BELLE ARNAQUE

Cela fait un an que je fais intervenir le sav CANDY pour des plaques qui dysfonctionnement de manière aleatoire..en vain.. il est refusé le remplacement du matériel au motif qu’il refonctionne lorsque le technicien revient. Dernière panne le 24/12/25.. toujours pas de fonctionnement aujourd'hui..Matériel à fuir et sav incompétent..

Une étoile car je n'ai pas le choix de mettre une ,sèche linge qui à cramé 5ans après et quand je dis cramé il a cramé fil fondu

J’ai fais une énorme erreur en achetant mon lave linge et sèche linge chez eux (2022)
Déjà ils ont un très mauvais service clients, ma machine est déjà tombé en panne au bout de 2 ans, nous avons du la réparer nous même alors que normalement garantie mais allez savoir candy n’avaient pas mon dossier.
Le pire c’est que c’est une catastrophe cette machine, elle rétrécit le linge peu importe le programme que vous utilisez.
Je suis sérieuse si vous aimez vos vêtements fuyez.
J’ai juste envie de pleurer, il va falloir que je lave mon linge en rinçage en fait.

Bought a Candy dishwasher from AO (great service). The dishwasher is pretty poor quality but what really lets it down is the USELESS installation and user guide. The information is at best very sketchy and at worst absolutely wrong ! Their user support seems to be non existent . AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I got the slimline dishwasher (CDPH2L1049-80) as a gift. Quite the gift, the outlet pump isnt working so the water just sits on the reservoir festering bacteria hahaha. Either they would charge me 160 quid to call out an engineer (if its not a factory fault) or i have to pay 4 quid per month insurance...nice trap italians....

Brilliant customer service… delivered by Ethan who went above and beyond being both helpful and courteous.
