One of the light fixtures I purchase for our new home last year is experiencing LED module failure; I called the customer service desk and spoke to Chris, he took the particars of my complaint and advised me of the process I will follow. He was easy to understand, professional and polite. A warranty claim was opened and the steps he advised was to follow has been spot on. I rate my experience way above my expectations.

The customer service is terrible. This company does not take any responsibility to make things right for the customer or offer a positive experience. When you reach out to them, you get a one line response without any indication that they care about customer service at all. I’d rather pay more and shop with a company that focuses on a positive customer experience - that’s how you build a loyal customer base.
I won’t ever be shopping on this site again.

Exceptional customer service! My order was express shipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately, one of the shades was broken upon delivery. I called and they had replacement parts shipped out the same day and they arrived faster then the my initial order!

I have tried without success on their on line customer service for three days now without any luck
I was told today they canceled my order because they had the wrong price on the website
Would advise anyone to stay away from this company
Waited on the phone for ages to hear the same lighting advice and jokes for ever
Finally had to hang up
I left a message and I received a call back exhaling why this happened I will be very surprised

Ordered 3 Kichler Mercer lights online. They were shipped to Canada from Pennsylvania via Fedex and took 8 days, which was very good, but didn't meet the 7 day shipping guarantee. I called CanadaLightingExperts and they immediately paid the $25 they promise. I also asked about light bulbs for these lights and they could provide but the price was not what I wanted to pay. Love the lights and they are exactly as described.
I recently purchased two light fixtures. When they arrived 1 globe was broken and the other was defective. They replaced 1 entire fixture and it was shipped to be quickly. I also had questions concern the replacement process and the customer service agent was excellent. He answered all of my questions and concerns very professional and proficient. I will deal with the company again.
I worked with Belam to help resolve a n issue with a fixture which was defective.
The issue was handled politely and professionally.
I'm grateful for the oositive experience.

I recently purchased 4 lights from Canada Lighting and one arrived damaged. I contacted the company and had the absolute best customer service experience of my life! Gerard was not only helpful but also very knowledgeable and made everything right from a customer point of view. I also have to say that they have the BEST on hold message filled with tips and jokes while you wait for a service professional to be available. Thank you Gerard! And thank you Canada Lighting for turning a disappointing delivery into a very memorable experience!

I am a general contractor and decided to give Canada Lighting a shot on one of my most recent projects. After ordering with them, I will not be using them again and would strongly recommend against purchasing through them as I’ve experienced a number of challenges to date and have yet to resolve the issues.
1. 1 week shipping time- this is a complete sham. The main reason I ordered with them was due to quick delivery. It is 10 days later and I have yet to receive an update on my order, tracking number or anticipated delivery date. Not to mention that I spoke to Service Reps and on 3 separate occasions was promised delivery dates within the prescribed timelines. If you’re in Canada, don’t expect you product for 3-4 weeks.
2. Cancellation policy is again a sham- when speaking to service, they confirmed that a cancellation can be processed as long as a tracking ID has not been issued. When attempting to cancel, i received confirmation that cancellation could not be accepted. My online purchase still does not have a tracking ID and hasn’t been updated in over a week. The site simply states “No OMS available”.
3. Service- after an incredibly challenging process I had asked service to escalate this to a manager. I was promised a call back in 24 hours. 2 days later and I have yet to hear anything.
Ultimately, I’d avoid this company at all costs. There are better more credible companies out there. Canada Lighting is quite literally a joke.

I had the pleaseure of working with Gerrard who was extremely helpful. I love the light fixture I purchased and when it arrived damaged Gerard took care of everything. I would definitely purchase lighting products again with your company.
Update: Our issue finally made it up the chain in Canada Lighting to someone who can provide action. My new fan is on the way and I received a discount. Thank You.
I ordered two ceiling fans plus an extender. The first fan arrived without any of the hardware or instructions. this was in badly damaged box. The 2nd fan arrived days later in another badly damaged box (so bad that even Fedex took a picture). But it did have all the components and instructions. Since May 25th, we have made countless calls to Canadian Lighting, they open a ticket but nothing happens. We have also phoned Quorum who says they cannot help as we went through Canadian Lighting. Note the instructions say to call the manufacturer immediately if parts are missing. So now we have called the distributor who indicates it did not go through their warehouse but she will reach out to both companies and try to help. BTW. the extender rod has never shown up either. So i would not recommend buying products from the manufacturer or via canadian lighting.
Terrible service. I ordered two Galeti 30-3v-led lights at $144 each after reading the description that stated that it was brushed nickel (and later seeing it said it also said chrome, obviously an error).The galeti lights that 3014-3v were $138 and were described as chrome and it made sense to me that it was a little cheaper. My invoice stated and I received the 3014-3v (chrome) but I was charged the $144 (cost of (30-3v). I attempted to explain the issue three times, even sending screenshots of the misprint of the contradiction and all that I was told was “you got what you ordered”.
Even if they sent me the proper one, it would have been based on a webpage error. When clicking on the link on the invoice, it brings me to the actual ones that I ordered. I am stuck with bearing the cost of the return of approximately the cost of one of the fixtures ($150). NICE LIGHTS BUT STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE CANADIAN.
