Kara helped me resolve a problem with my order. The company was very reasonable and Kara did a great job in communicating the issues.

Ordered ET2 Cono 3-pendant light Oct 2021. In the original order received November 2021, 1 of 3 glass shades had an opening that was too small for the fixture. After numerous follow ups, a replacement arrived April 13 2022, but it is plastic/acrylic, from Maxim Lighting in BC.
Canada lighting website still sells ET2 Cono E21535, so item is in stock. It's been 6 months, paid for white glove service, on top of fixture > $1200 ++. Very disappointed & exasperated with this experience.
Calls & website over-promises, execution & delivery is disappointing.
Ordered multiple exterior lights. Prices are cheaper than other sites I looked at. Shipping was fast too. I phoned to check the status of one of the lights and spoke to Princess. She was very friendly and helpful in answering my question. Would recommend.
I ordered three pendant lights. The order went smoothly and I was kept informed by emails throughout the waiting process as to when I would receive them. Upon arrival of the lights which was two days ago, I checked the boxes and I noticed I was missing a few rods. They must of slipped out during transit as one of the boxes was torn at the bottom. I called customer service and spoke with Kara. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. She sent me confirmation for the replacement rods right away. After checking all the parts of my order more thoroughly I noticed that two of the shades had defects. Once again I called customer service and got Kara on the line again. Her response to my dilemma was completely positive and right away wanted to help me with the situation. Again she reassured me and that I would receive two new replacement shades. An email was sent promptly to confirm replacement of the two shades. So far I have been very satisfied with the service and hope I will receive the replacement items without any issues at all.
I ordered some outdoor fixtures online and the order was accepted but after a week I was emailed that the items were out of stock and I would receive a refund which I did after another week. Since I paid for it in USD and received my refund in USD I ended up loosing money because the Canadian dollar appreciated over USD during that time. Not wanting to go through that again I started an online chat with a customer service rep. I asked for another fixture to see if there was stock in bronze and was told it was only available in black. I then asked for 3 more similar fixtures and was told each time each one of those was out of stock. I then asked about the first one in black that was supposed to be in stock to see if they had 2 of those. I was then told that one was also out of stock now!!! Incredible! I then asked if they had anything in that size that was in stock and was told there was nothing. So why are dozens of these fixtures displayed on their website if they don’t have any of them in stock?? It should at least display 0 inventory so as to not waste your time. As I said this place seems to be a bit of a joke.

I called and spoke to Ann. She was very pleasant and helpful in looking into when my light fixture was going to be shipped. Thankyou Ann.
I was having issues processing my payment online and it was getting so frustrating. Fortunately when I called the customer service line Jazel was there to help me through the whole process. He made sure my order was processed properly, double checked all my shipping information and was honestly just a pleasure to deal with. It's so rare these days to actually speak with a representative and have prompt helpful service.
This is not my first order, I had already received a vanity light from this Company which I absolutely loved anand was so impressed with the quality. Can't wait for my upcoming order!! Thank you Canadian lighting experts
Buyer beware: I assumed I had been scammed.
1) I ordered a light guaranteed to ship within a week or $25 back. This was weeks and weeks ago and it has not shipped. I tried to cancel and was told it was too late "into the process" to cancel. This was over a week ago and the item *still* has not shipped and no explanation is available. I am now sure the item does not exist and I'll be seeking recourse.
2) The discrepancy in displayed price in CAD vs the $25 refund if a week late is a problem. I received only $10 back because, unbeknownst to me, in USD my order was slightly under $100. The conditions say nothing about the currency conversion. I have a feeling this goes against Canadian advertising laws.
Edit: I have now received a personal response from the business regarding the further $15 refund as well as granting the request to cancel and refund my order (which had not shipped). The response I received due to this review was very helpful and informative. I still believe the company needs to be more transparent about issues on its site regarding currency conversion and availability of merchandise but I did receive my money back. It's not right that customers receive service only after resorting to such a complaint.

I was super frustrated dealing with a cancellation/refund request and getting no where with the help desk. Jazel saved the day today! I appreciate that he took the time to really understand what my experience was and offered a solution. Thank you for resolving Jazel!!
Trust the negative reviews and avoid these crooks! It’s an American company and while they don’t state the currency of their prices it’s USD which isn’t clear until have you’ve been billed. When I called they said their returning customers are aware of the this with seemingly no interest in acquiring new customers. I was told I should have researched the company better by their own customers service reps. I’ll never order from them again And as an interior designer I’ll be sure to advise all of my customers and colleagues to avoid this scam as well. It wouldn’t take much effort to place a not on the website that prices are in USD.

Terrible company. The information on the website for the two sconces I purchased was incorrect. They stated the width of the back plate was 6" and it was, in reality 4.75" so did not cover the scratch on my bathroom mirror. I had to pay $65 to return the items because of THEIR specifications error. PS. They said they contacted me to resolve the issue ( of the shipping charge ?). They did not. And I have yet to receive my refund for the returned sconces.

I read the reviews and decided to order anyhow. Shame on me. Absolutely terrible experience. TBH I am begining to believe I have been scammed out of $1500. My order was placed three weeks ago and no active tracking information is available. Whenever I check the numbers provided the shippers website says that number doesn't exist. I am unable to cancel my order because the order has already "shipped" according to CLE. I've contacted them twice now and each time I'm told I'll receive a follow-up email in 24-48 hours. These messages simply state a shipping label has been printed. This company is a scam, hang on to your money. My next stop is my credit card company identifying this transaction as fraudulent. Oh BTW, the $25 credit for late shipments is by order, not product so if you order 5 items and all are late, you get a total $25 credit. Clearly, they just build this into to their pricing model. Terrible, terrible, company to deal with.
Udate: So early this morning I was told by the customer service employee I couldn't receive a refund because everything had shipped. I told her clearly it hadn't because all of the tracking numbers are dead. Remember the time lines here. It was early morning when I called and was told no refund it's all shipped. About 12 hours later I just received an email saying a shipping label has been printed, Not shipped mind you, only that a label has been printed. This company is a complete sham and nothing but crooks. It is now my goal in life to cause them as much poor publicity as possible so they can't steal anybody elses money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They will lie and deceive you just as they have me.

This is an American company despite it's name. Prices are in Usd. You may have import charges too
My order came in on time as expected. Infortuately, the item came in damaged. I spoke to the company and they said it would be replaced within a few days. Couple of days later the company emailed and said the replacement light fixture was on its way to us. I received the fixture a week later and all was safe and in great condition. They were awesome to buy from and to work with. True to their word. These guys were the real deal. Great job.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!, ordered lights and a few minutes later found something better so I contacted to cancel the order and was told "no problem" order is cancelled. It then arrived 2 weeks later! so I asked to return the item, after 4 long waits on the phone on 4 separate calls, i was finally given instruction on how to return and had to pay 70$ additional to send to the US. Then never got my refund!
I've now paid out over 600$ CAD and have no lights, and no refund. This company is very dishonest and make it impossible to return something.

There is nothing Canadian about this company. It is a US company disguised as a Canadian company.
Was charged in US funds although there was no indication that the charge was in USD until I saw the charge on my credit card.
Found the same product at a reputable company in Canada for $500 CAD less. Cancelled my order with Canadalightingexperts and lost $200 CAD on the refund due to currency conversion. What a ridiculous experience.
