‘1’ star is too generous. We must help them get to ‘5’ with feedback on use of the service.

What other organisation that has so much influence over the economy and household income, is able to publish factually incorrect personal data? And remain uncontactable and unaccountable?

The contact form is reminiscent of a 1991 web form designed to disengage.

And how is it possible that Transunion UK Ltd limit the number of times the contact form can be completed?

You must write to your MP to shine a light on this unchallenged, unresponsive, unaccountable privately owned business operating in such a way out of One, Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS3 1EP.

Is it possible to obtain a list of banks and credit providers who don’t use Transunion UK Ltd? So customers have transparency and choice? Should Transunion UK Ltd be required to sign post this so customers can make more informed future decisions?

Transunion is an absolute Disgrace, I have been trying to work with this bunch of jokers for 4 years to have a bank account which isn't connected to me removed but they refuse to remove it. They should not be in buisiness and the inaccurate reports are ridiculous. Transunion should try writing fiction as that is all that their reports are.

I paid off both my credit cards with my bank, and instead of my credit scoring going back up, it went down. Not only that, but Transunion claim I opened a new account within the past six months, which I assuredly did not.

It's just as well I am not thinking of applying for any credit soon, and if my bank continues to use these pathetic morons, I might just change my bank as well.

As an example, my Experian score is way high, with offers galore.

Horrible company, should be closed down,been holding false information on my account and its going to be on my account until 2028,this has been on my account since 2017,terrible company, everything they hold is just false information, if you are a vulnerable person you are in trouble, Absolute terrible company

The information they hold is 6 years out of date. They have the wrong name on electoral role. They want all manner of documents to prove that its wrong. The other credit agencies have it correct so I am at a loss why these people cant do the same. They have ignored my latest request to correct it. If they cant get information right in 6 years then I doubt the other stuff is accurate.

Do not use. Their employees are vile, unprofessional and harass on Facebook. Avoid

I really don't understand this scoring agency.

All my debs and credits payed on time. Using credit card on daily basis and paying back the very same week. 3 years registered in the same address. And every bloody week my score is lower. Checking the information they gather everything seems correct. Someone has to better explain wtf is going on.

If I could give a minus star I would. Absolutely irrelevant and incompetent company. I have continually informed Transunion that they are putting out incorrect information about my finances and they still haven’t corrected it. It is shocking how is that possible they are still in the market.

Unbelievable, never missed a payand got done for it.

My Credit score goes down without any reasons. My other two credit score compaines rising my score which is almost full 999. At the same time Transunion lowerig my credit score. What is wrong with these people?

terrible credit agency. I track my score with Experian and it cannot get any higher 999 score. Then I apply for a loan and my bank informs me they are using TransUnion. Never even head of them. They say I have no credit cards, I have many. They say Im not on the electoral register which I am. I raise a dispute which tell me to update "My Account" which is non existent.
02/05/2025 Update. Today I tried to obtain my "Statutory credit report" again and it tells me today, "Sorry, we haven't been able to verify and validate your identity and can't provide your credit report".
So yesterday I had an account, today I dont!! On we go.
06/05/2025 Update. Today I have requested my report be sent by post. I fill everything out on the page, then it tells me there is an error on the page but does not tell me what its. From what I can see everything is filled out correct. I have tried redoing this many times but it will not allow me to submit anything.

Achieving a phone conversation to address a dispute less than 60 seconds. A month later, I learned my email had just been received, with a 28-day response timeframe. Despite readily available phone lines, dispute resolution requires up to two months.

I raised a dispute with Transunion on the 19th of March and i have been waiting for a feedback from them. Today being the 28th day, i call them and they tell me that they had received a feedback after contacting my bank, but thought i would have been informed.

This means that Transunion did not try to give me a feedback on my dispute even thought they had received a response from my bank on the day i raised the dispute. This is so wicked. So annoying to think that i had to wait for 28 days to get feedback on a dispute when they could have easily given me an update as they are required to do. One can only imagine how negatively this has affected me. Transunion is terrible.

I have continually informed Transunion that they are putting out incorrect information about my finances and they still haven’t corrected it,shocking to think how they can affect someone’s credit rating incorrectly with no oversight.Wouldn’t even give one star.I’m lucky that I’m financially secure and are not in need of loans or a mortgage,they could ruin some people!

It’s honestly shocking that a company as poorly organised and inefficient as TransUnion has so much control over people’s personal information. How can something this critical be in the hands of a company that feels this disconnected from reality?

The customer helpline is completely unhelpful — they can’t resolve even the most basic issues, like helping you log in to your account. You’re bounced around or given vague responses, and no one seems to actually have the tools or authority to fix anything.

It doesn’t feel like a human company at all. Just a faceless, automated system holding your data with no accountability. When your credit report has real-life consequences, this level of service is unacceptable.

Trans Union have failed to send me my credit report. The first person I spoke to got the information they needed and said it was on the way. After several weeks I rang again and said I was cross that I hadn’t received it. In the end they sent me a complaints form to which I replied I would’nt have to complain if you would send my credit report. And there the matter stands. No further communication. No credit credit report. It is absolutely disgusting that I cannot get my own credit report. I’m horrified and appalled. G Hill

I am at my wits ends with this company - who are the only ones effecting my credit score, I am on the electrol roll - which I’ve sent proof of numerous times, my other credit agencies all score high - but not this one, the information is incorrect, i am currently seeking legal advice now as it’s causing me unnecessary stress - the don’t reply, the don’t care and they show false information on individuals, this should not be allowed- THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STRUCK OFF AS THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

They keep on misinforming my credit report and now i have started legal proceedings i have emailed numerous times but they ignore me. They have had multiple legal actions and have had to pay out huge amounts of money but it doesnt seem to bother them. They are wrecking peoples lives and need to be stopped so i have started a campaign against them where i live which is being Crowd Funded so as we can take them to the High Court.They will eventually be stopped trust me they are breaking the Law every single day and they will be Stopped !!!

They do lower your credit score in purposes ! Never bothered to correct even they have clearly make mistakes ! And after have excellent score on EQUAFIX is fair on TransUnion !!! Very unfair report and that's hiw they keep people poor !!!
