Scam emails unsolicited. They claim they are nearby and ask to stop by to have a quote. I wouldn't respond to then at all.

Very detailed cleaning, sparkling and lovely smell. The team is very professional. Very recommended.

Calibre cleaning have great customer service. On being presented with something we wanted rectifying, the company rapidly sent out their staff to correct the issue- within 24 hours. It must have been a stressful situation for them to manage, however they were professional and quick. Will be using them again for our rentals. Thank you Jan!

Tired of receiving email spam from this company offering their services. I never signed up to use them. They purchased/downloaded an email list and spammed it.

If they disregard this law, what else do they do?

It’s a real shame to have to write a negative review, but I feel others need to be warned.

I completed SEO marketing work for Calibre Cleaning on 18th July 2025, commissioned through their marketing representatives (Joshua Isola & Adamska Bugden). To this day, I have not been paid.

This company has shown itself to be dishonest, uncommunicative, and untrustworthy. The invoice for this work is now more than two months overdue, despite multiple reminders and follow-ups. I have received no payment and no response.

This lack of professionalism is deeply disappointing, and I feel it is important to share my experience so that other freelancers, agencies, and potential customers are aware before engaging with this company.

If you are considering working for Calibre Cleaning, insist on payment up front. If you are considering hiring them for cleaning services, tread very carefully.

The communication from Calibre is first rate. You can make changes, and they always accommodate and confirm. It is such a change from having to follow-up with other cleaning company's. Best I have ever experienced.
