Black Everyday Shoe issue
I had an issue with a pair of Black Everyday shoes with a poor heel stitching causing abrasions on my left foot. I contacted BYLT Support and they asked for a pic along with their concern on the matter. After sending them a pic of the shoe along with a pic of a different pair of BYLT shoes they immediately issued me a store credit. The customer service at BYLT is outstanding and they still are a favorite brand for both clothing and footwear.
Incredible brand
I have been a loyal customer of BYLT for a few years now. I love the brand and product. I recently bought an item that was out of stock, was restocked, but was sent the wrong product. I let BYLT know, they asked for pictures, and because the original item is in high demand, they set one aside for me until I was able to get pictures. They even let me keep the incorrect one (which was awesome). I wish every company was as great with customer service.

Huge fan of BYLT. I own shoes and about 12 shirts from them -- from long-sleeve polos, short-sleeve, the Pulse polo, and several of the LUX drop-cut tees. What prompted this 5-star review was awesome and fast customer service through their chat that helped me understand the difference between their Executive Shirt and the 2.0 version to make a purchase. Great products, great service.

My experience has been horrible. Items got lost in shipment. They would not refund me the money. They. Kept trying to have me use store credit and get more items. I don’t want more items, I want my money back. I even paid the extra money for package insurance. I ordered on December 22nd - it’s February 3rd and I still don’t have my money back….
This company is a joke.

BYLT has earned a customer for life. My package was lost in the mail, and after getting no help from the carrier, I reached out to BYLT. They responded quickly and offered to replace my order free of charge—even though I didn’t purchase Route Package Protection at checkout (I will from now on!).
Edson was professional, warm, and extremely helpful. BYLT’s customer service is as impressive as the quality of their products—and both are hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Not only are these clothes, the highest quality and so comfortable but in shipping, I messed up the address and they were so easy to work with so willing to go the extra mile to get it to the correct address never worked with the company like this before. I’d recommend them 10 out of 10.

Terrible customer service and overall…
Terrible customer service and overall bad experience. I ordered my husband stuff for Christmas and paid $28 for priority shipping stating it would arrive to my destination on Christmas Eve. Well that never happened. Since I was staying at an AirBnB I then had to pay $17 for UPS to change the delivery address because I did not want to going to the house I was no longer at. Well the package never got delivered. Customer service refunded me the $28 and then told me they would ship me a replacement package but one of my items they claimed was no longer in stock and refunded me. But when I looked online it was in stock. They gave me a terrible run around story and excuse and said I could just reorder but would not give it to me at the holiday sale price I originally paid. Since I order a sweatshirt and sweatpants as a set I wanted to return the pants now because I didn’t have the top and they say “ As a courtesy and we’ve waived the return shipping fee.” SERIOUSLY?? A courtesy??? Mind you I received the order a month and a half after placing it. I will never order from them again!!!!

Still a fan but poor QC process
I'll start this by saying I'm a big fan of BYLT, have many of their clothes including a jacket, couple of shirts, shorts and have been trying to buy pants.
I returned a christmas gift to get two pairs of the tech denim every day pant in size 36, just different colors. Upon arrival they were completely different pants. One fit perfectly and was loose fitting in the legs. The other was legitimately two inches more narrow in the waist and fit like skinny jeans. Both marketed the same pants, same size but not close.
I return the ones too small and get the coolflex denim pant size 36, waist fits well but they are 3 inches longer than the other ones. I'm 5"9 so this makes them unwearable.
I also ordered two pairs of shorts size 36 and they pretty much fall off.
The return process is easy and free so it doesn't seem like a big deal but at this point I don't know what to return it for
