I contacted this company in 2023 because they were advertising coding classes for my child. Since then I have had scam calls and scam Facebook notifications that always come from the first number they used to text me. I'm taking their info to the police because they have started to try and hack in to my Facebook. Annoying...

I think it is a scam. Well organised scam, where we do not have any way to contact them at all. Its been 2 week my child classes have been cancelled i guess without prior notice. We were just trying to find out but there is no response. The person who signed us in looks like he is not with byju any more. so now We do not know what to do. We just want the class .we didnt even knew they were dodgy until now.

its been one month now BYJU has not contacted me to give my refund back .
its fraud company they take money by making false promises but if you not satisfied with their services they will not be bothered even once we pay them.
whenever I send email about refund its just come we looking after this request and will get back soon and give me new case number .after that nothing .
They don't have contact number .
requesting all the parents don't sign BYJU u will feel betrayed .

. So, due to the challenges in continuing online courses for our child, we decided to cancel Bijus' online education. We were promised a refund at any time, and now that we are trying to get it back, they are not responding. Emails sent to Bijus support teams have gone unanswered. We haven't received a call or response from them regarding the return. This is a fraud.

Website is down. We used BYJUs for a few years. The quality varied a lot over time, but our 9 year old was making some progress with coding, so we just paid about $1000 for more classes. For the past week, their logins and teaching websites have been completely down. It's not like there is a "sorry, we are down" statement. The servers are not functioning at all. I have no idea whether we will ever see our classes or our money again.

Its is a scam. They have taken my money and not giving classes for the pinao. No one responds its has been a month I am waiting for a response from support team. The teacher does not login to the class since 4 weeks. My child is waiting in the class no help section works. I am so so so annoyed. There should be legal action against this company so they stop fooling parent like me who strive hard to provide learning for their child and then loose all money, its heart breaking

Beaware. They are very improfessional and the biggest CHEAT I have come across with. They would chase you like hell when they are selling their courses. Once sold, their customer service is worst in the world with no phone contact. They only option available to contact them is through email. I booked a big chunk of classes for my son. I was assigned an account manager who I could contact on Whatsapp. Everything goes fine until these so called account manager are with company. Once they leave, they don't even bother handing you over to other account manager and you would keep chasing them until a next one is assigned and the same story goes on and on. My son was their student for about a year and in this one year 4 account managers were changed and for a long period, I lost contact with them until the next one is assigned. In March 2024, they cancelled all the scheduled lessons for no reason and since then I have been chasing them. About 2 weeks ago, finally someone contacted me and offered a new schedule for classes which I rejected and requested for refund for the rest of the classess which is about £350. I was told that it will be processed soon but since then absolutely silence. I have sent them 7 reminders since then but no reply. Of course they are ignoring me and want to get away with this but I won't let them do this.

Stay away from BYJU Future School! We joined 2.5 years ago for coding and math lessons for our son. This year cost us a lot of wasted time and lost classes due to portal discrepancies. The company didn't want to reverse the credits for the lost lessons nor make reimbursement. They have financial problems and our teacher wasn't paid for a couple of months. Also the portal doesn't work and have lots of bugs. It's often not possible to log in and the English language used has lots of grammatical mistakes. We used to recommend BYJU to our friends, unfortunately now, it's escalated to the extend that we'd rather worn other parents before they make a mistake. It'a shame.

Avoid this company at all costs. Initially, their service was good, but now it’s the worst you can imagine. In September 2024, my daughter's cancer relapsed, and I requested to pause my son's classes until mid-April. They confirmed via email that I wouldn't lose any credits (one credit equals one class). I can provide these emails as proof.

However, when my son resumed classes in mid-April, they had deducted 45 classes from the 100 I had paid for. Despite their written assurance, they couldn't rectify the issue when I inquired. The manager acknowledged the emails confirming I wouldn't lose any credits but said another team was handling it. That team later emailed, stating they couldn't do anything.

Additionally, their teachers have complained about not being paid for three months and not receiving any responses from BYJU'S management when they contact them. This raises serious concerns about their compliance with labor laws and payment regulations, which require timely compensation for services rendered.

I've sent multiple emails and requested calls, but they've ignored me for two months. Under UK consumer protection laws, this kind of neglect and breach of contract is unacceptable. I am now seeking assistance from a UK legal firm to warn others about this company and pursue further action.

Siempre se ocupan de que los niños se conecten a sus sesiones, las clases son muy buenas ya que al ser un grupo pequeño de niños, es posible que la profesora les preste atención a todos y los apoye en su aprendizaje. Me siento feliz de ver tan contento a mi hijo con sus clases y sobretodo que está aprendiendo de una manera que le parece divertida.

If i could put zero i would, i booked a trial session for my 9-year-old son, and the teacher didn't turn up. They apologized and said "their best" teacher would be on the rescheduled time, yet again they did not turn up. This is not a positive and my son is very upset as he was looking forward to this.

Hi there I don’t even want to rate them 1 star. I requested for a refund. It’s been 2 months and numerous follow up emails but still no response. I provided them bank details for refund. Case number 04384556. I was advised refund processed 2 months ago. I have been waiting since then but nothing received. In real need of money but Byju’s future school staff does not give an update and don’t care. They deleted my account and there is no other way to contact them. I can understand due to their sub standard service they don’t want to connect to people. I do not recommend joining them at all. They are fraud.

I had purchased the WhiteHat Junior paid package of 83 classes by paying 72000 rs. At the time of purchasing I was committed that I can get refund anytime I plan to cancel my package.

I contacted their support on 4 th March 2024 and after multiple follow ups I got the confirmation that refund will be processed. I got this confirmation on 22nd March 2024 for complaint number 04791821 and they mentioned that refund will be processed in 30-45 days. I’ve been patient since than. It’s been more than 63 days now and still refund is not processed. I sent the email to byju's future school, whitehatjr support accounts and didn’t get any reply. I tried calling customer care number and it is not reachable anymore. This is shocking. I have now filed the complaint with consumer court with grievance number - 5839652.

Very disappointing. I'm not one to write critical reviews, but something should be done. My child has been taking coding classes for over 2 years. However, the last few months have been terrible. Within the that last two weeks, the teacher has not shown up for class three times in a row. All you get is "sorry for the inconvenience", but no real resolution. This last time I was on with support to see about changing teachers, and the chat just stopped and disappeared, and was charged a credit for a missed class, that the teacher missed. Not ethical or fair practices. After what was a good experience, and thousands of dollars later, this has become a nightmare. These are children you are messing with and their learning and experiences. It's hard to explain to my child why this is happening. He looks forward to his classes. I was also not given the Amazon credit from Nov 2022, that was promised after renewing. Bad business. I urge anyone to stay away. I have already lost hundreds of dollars in missed and cancelled classes. Along with my and my child's patience.

I ordered 40 hours of maths for my daughter, they was promise two hours a week for 6 moths.I was happy thinking about progress at year 5 maths lessons at primary school for my daughter and was only £400 paid in advance.
But after couple a lessons with pray in back ground ,we change the teacher and get only one a lesson weekly…from 60min lesson connection problems and website problems sorting not necessary communications we get about 30min or less of learning. Then nobody reacting to your needs and complains. No attention to sort the problems. They taking hours away without teaching.
This company like a scammers , they just need your money, if you a ready to throw away your money and take away your child motivation for learning you can choose this school .Or just let them bankrupt.
I am so disappointed and upset.

Parents please beware and read reviews before paying money. The technology of Byjus is horrible. The website, server is down most of the time. When reschedule happens, the class numbers are wrong. All they do is apologize. After having horrible experience for the past 3 months, I was promised extra credits in lieu but then the contact person disappeared. I am also hearing stories from other friends that they are not paying staff. No wonder the Indian business is going down and bankrupt. I would recommend not to enroll with Byjus. The teachers are good but horrible technology and customer service.
