Llevo 8 meses esperando mi reembolso.
He enviado correo para obtener alguna solución pronto, que sea posible me reembolsen una parte o sino me den un equipo que sea equivalente al valor de $27,600.00 y nada, no quieren acceder, no se comunica conmigo.
La empresa se declaró como "Insolvente"
No tiene para regresar el dinero, tienen congelado sus recursos.
Envío correos, DM en instagram, Twitter, Facebook, comentarios y nada es útil.
La verdad no pierdan tiempo y su dinero intentando creer en esta mala empresa, la experiencia no ha sido muy grata.

I strongly advise against using this company. It has proven to be a scam. Initially, everything seems fine, but the real issues arise when you try to cancel. Even after canceling, they will continue to charge your account without your consent.

I requested a refund on April 30th, yet despite assurances from Rahul Khatri (rahul.khatriatbyjusfutureschool.com) that I would receive a refund, I have been charged for three additional months. I've communicated my situation to them, including dealing with a death in the family, but my concerns were ignored.

Mr. Khatri confirmed that I would get my refund, but since then, he has stopped responding to my calls. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau® in hopes of resolving this issue. Save your time and money—choose a different company.

worst of the worst! Teachers did not appear for one months and no explanation

Platform is good but they've had financial issues so we've experienced short notice class cancellations and it's now impossible to speak with support by email (no response), chat (bugged and doesn't work) or phone ("it's not possible to connect your call").

It's a shame as the teachers are good and I suspect they're also victims of the company failing.

Stay clear now, as you won't get your classes or money back.

Customer support is incredibly slow even though their guarantee is a "24-hour" response. I get like a response within a week and have yet to receive another after like 5 days. Honestly, use Khan Academy or some other educational website than Byjus. It forces you to make an account after 30 uses and for me, if I try to sign up using my phone number (only lets you use your phone number to register), it never sends an OTP.

This company is really terrible- they hound you when they want you to sign up and then disappear once you have. There is no customer support - all you get is a bot saying there are no agents available at the moment (ALL THE TIME!!)
They also charge more and then give fewer classes.

Regretting signing up.

No inscriban a sus hijos. Yo inscribí a mi hija y resulta que la empresa está en banca rota. He pedido un reembolso y no leen ni contestan. FRAUDE!

The platform had issues for several weeks and then the code was not working.
Two class credits have been deducted from my son's account account without any sessions! This is ridiculous!
Also recently, the teacher sent us a notice that she no longer can make classes because they are on strike!
I sent so many emails asking for cancellation and refund but no one is answering me!

Muy decepcionada, en la clase de prueba muy puntuales y atentos. Al inscribir a mi hijo me cambian a la maestra, luego la primera clase la vuelven a cambiar, de ahi en adelante le han cancelado las 3 clases siguientes y de última hora. El asesor me dejó en visto al solicitar un cambio de maestra. Me siento estafada.

Paid upfront and due to some reasons, cancelled classes but the refund is not done yet despite being told it would be processed in a few days. It has been two months since I cancelled their classes and I must have sent several emails but they didn't respond to any. No phone number is working. Don't join anything on their platform and save your money.

Worst possible customer support.Classes keeping getting cancelled without any prior notice.Please don’t sign up if you want to avoid regrets.

Very Worst experience, they never returned our money and not taking any classes for my son.

This company seems to have gone out of market and they do not answer to email, phone call does not work. Their site works but the teacher does not show up. Meanwhile the credits are being used. Please how do i get in contact with this company?

took money for whole year and no classes provided. every week we have to struggle to get classes. Always signal issues, teachers absent coz of some reason or no show teacher. You cant call any one but receiving calls if we want to buy more credits.... Seriously big mistake to join them... Please do not spend money here in Australia.

BYJU'S is a complete scam company just a complete scam. The teachers NEVER help out whenever you ask a question. Sometimes they don't even show up for the class, other times they just leave in the middle of the session! DON'T EVER sign up for BYJU'S. We are very unsatisfied with their service. They take money and never return it.

BYJU,s future school has taken money off me upfront for weekly coding classes for my son, but for the last four weeks now, my son has had no lessons and has not been able to use the platform and the service adviser Sanna Memmon, who sold the classes to me has stopped picking up up my call and is not responding to my messages anymore. I signed up for the classes in November 2023 and the classes are supposed to be ongoing for a long while but we have had problems off and on due to teacher unavailability and system issues. I am worried for my money.

We signed up for Coding classes. Byjus asked us to pay for the complete package totaling AUD.2300, with the promise to refund us the money anytime we wanted to cancel. This refund policy was also documented in the terms and conditions they forwarded to us. We wanted to cancel after some classes, and emailed them about it. Since then we have not received any response. The issue with refunds seems to be a universal issue.

Lately we are have been unable to log in for classes. There is zero technical support, so much money gone to waste due to missed classes!

Ya llevo 1 AÑO!!! Esperando mi reembolso y la ESTAFS Y BURLA SUGUE....sobre ésta opinión que pongo aquí y que en ese tiempo eran 10 meses me dijeron que "lamentaban mucho que ya mero " y eso hace 3 meses ..ahora ya va año...hasta pastel de festejo de burla no? ,,.,"Byjus ya llevo casi 10 meses esperando MI REEMBOLSO....es BURLA O QUE? Desde que contraté y pagué de contado el curso ahí si sin problemas para ustedes :pero ya que les expliquë que la niña tenía epilepsia y se tenía que retirar ....y uds mismos dijeron que había reembolso desde ahí llevan 10meses diciendo que casi que casi que casi ya ..es una burla para mí y otras sras que encontré en la misma situacion que yo. NO CONTESTAN CORREOS ;NOS BLOQUEAN DE FACEBOOK Y NO CONTESTAN LLAMADAS....Cuánto tiempo y burla más?????"

I have been using Byjus for my kid since 3 years. The teachers and study materials are really good. But I wouldn’t recommend Byjus due to their extremely poor technical support. They used to be good before but recently their services have gone so bad. They almost never respond to a query and even if they respond it will be irrelevant to the actual request. Extremely annoying concierge team! However I have to say the teachers are still good.
