I’ve been with them for over 1 year, started great but lately as they stopped paying their teachers, more classes are missed, more technical glitches on the site and no costumer service! Do not fall for it. I’ve left despite having class credit paid in advance as their teachers have quitted. It’s a shame

Very Very bad service
My daughter was learning coding and maths with them for few years and we spent thousands of pounds with them. They always said "refund guaranteed" and that at any point we can cancel and get our money back as they always ask for a lot of credit in advance. I have been chasing them since January 2024 and they keep brushing me off. I know this happened to another client exactly the same way.
They have been focused only on taking customer money and ignoring their complaints now

We bought 180 coding lesson back Dec 2023, we have decided stop the lession due to bad service in June 2024. lesson have stopped June, but we have not received any response on refund, no call No email can reach them! this is a scam!!

Very sad and frustrated about how my son's classes have been handled. They were suddenly canceled with no explanation, even though we paid for the entire term in advance. Now, we can't contact anyone for answers, and the teacher said it was because of payment problems. This is completely unacceptable. We’ve lost our money, and our son has no classes. This has been a total disaster.

I paid 30 Class and no one will taking the class last 6 weeks and no body attending the phone calls and not responding email.

They are a rip off.
Since this company was taken over and rebranded from White Hat Junior it has been focused only on taking customer money and ignoring their complaints. My son was learning coding for two years and we spent thousands of pounds with them. They always said "refund guaranteed" and that at any point we can cancel and get our money back as they always ask for a lot of credit in advance. I have been chasing them since December 2023 and they keep brushing me off. I know this happened to another client exactly the same way. My order number is w0623GB0000082

Byjus teacher are on strike due to their pay issue. Teacher are ready to teach children if this company resume their wages. they took fee from everyone still taking....
I bought full package , I assume it waste of money, no one is answering. no communications at all.

Unfortunately this seems like a fraud company. They will do classes initially and then disappear. How do I get my money back???

The teacher doesn't show up for online lesson. No notification in advance, call decline and no reply to the email.
They ask me to pay for full course, then decline the the contact after payment.
Poor action like Scam company.

I enrolled my child in a three-year course, paying the full amount upfront. Initially, the institution demonstrated a high level of responsibility and attentiveness, with customer support responding promptly and effectively to any issues. However, midway through the course, their focus seemed to shift toward generating additional revenue. We were pressured to enroll in other courses and were even asked to pay additional fees due to a curriculum update, which I declined. Since then, I've observed a noticeable decline in the quality of teaching. For the past few weeks, the assigned teacher has not shown up, and there has been no communication from the institution regarding her absence. Furthermore, our emails have gone unanswered, raising serious concerns about their commitment to their students.

Scam! Terrible experience! Be cautious about signing up.

I enrolled my son in a year-long coding class, but a few months in, his tutor repeatedly canceled sessions. We later discovered the tutor had resigned, and the constant change in replacement teachers disrupted my son’s learning.

Then, the platform started having issues, and we couldn’t even log in to the classes. The worst part was how difficult Byju’s made it to contact support. After numerous messages and follow-ups, someone finally reached out. By that time, we were very dissatisfied and requested a refund for the remaining credits.

The representative agreed and said they would process the refund after the call. However, after they canceled our subscription and removed our remaining credits, weeks passed with no refund or response. I have since sent multiple follow-up emails, but they have completely ignored me.

They are very pushy when it comes to selling but will become unresponsive when you have an issue. Byju do not hire local teachers which make it hard to schedule timing and their teaching quality is not the best. I would look to other services if you want to enrol your child to maths or coding classes.

I feel compelled to warn others about this company. My boys experience with their online classes has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since 3 months ago they’ve been completely absent. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, I haven’t received a single response.

It’s clear that they have no intention of fulfilling their commitments. I strongly suspect that this company is a scam designed to take your money without providing any of the services they advertise.

If you’re considering enrolling in their classes, I urge you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss.

Absolutely rubbish customer service !! Teachers are great. They also get treated like rubbish. Big time scammers. Took my money now they bot responding

En cuanto a clases nos tocó una muy buena maestra que enseñaba con paciencia y respeto, mi hijo aprendió mucho pero en mayo ganó el segundo lugar un concurso llamado “game masters league” y le prometieron algo que hasta la fecha no han logrado cumplir, no es justo que jueguen así con las ilusiones de un niño que se esforzó e ilusionó para lograr algo que no tienen intenciones de cumplir.

We got a new teacher, but they also left. It feels like there’s no plan to attend my classes properly, and I might be forced to join another class different from BYJU. IT'S A SCAM
Platform is good, but they have financial issues, so we've experienced short notice for class cancellations and that is because of the teacher strike and now it's Impossible to have any support by email
It's a shame as the teachers are good and I suspect they're also victims of the company failing.

When you buy the classes they are saying you can cancel any time, but that is not true you will never get your money back.

Not recommended at all . Don't be fool and accept this company as they take the money.
I paid for 200 classes and gave me 190 classes. Bad service and they told me that I would be refunded but then nothing happened just they take the credit and money for the classes for three months as we were in the stage of dispute. Only idiot people like me would go for this school so please don't be like me.

Never trust Byju's. When they wanted me to buy their classes, they promised I can cancel the classes any time I want and get my money back. So I have taken maths and coding class. But when there was an issue in the class and contacted them to have someone to fix the issue, nobody respond. After that when I told to cancel math classes they agreed and said they refund me but they didn’t they say it take time I agree and soon after my account got deactivated with out informing me as my son have the coding classes but they didn’t email me about deactivating the account. When I mailed them then mentioned in the email regarding deactivation and they refund that coding classes fee too that also I agree .. now it’s being 6 months I’m waiting for my refund.
I need my refund for both the classes.
