Tienen la costumbre de dejar a los alumnos a la mitad de la clase y abandonarlos, luego síguen ofreciendo los cursos a nuevos estudiantes. SON ESTAFADORES

La primera ocasión que contraté el servicio fue muy emocionante tanto para mí hijo como para mí al ver su avance y con una muy linda maestra que se notaba que le importaba que avanzará así como sus proyectos que los terminará, le dedicaba mucho tiempo. La segunda vez ha Sido un suplicio porque para asignarle otro programa que fue Minecraft inventaron un correo electrónico como si fuera mío, nunca he sabido que número de teléfono inventaron con tal de venderme un nuevo programa, por lo cual batallamos la mayoría de las clases para poder ingresar y pierdo hasta media hora para poder entrar y al final pues o pierde el crédito o disque te lo guardan pero no es cierto, si revisas las fechas termina igual tu hijo, pero sin poder entrar a las clases. Aparte de que te apuras para que ingrese, estás pegado con el niño en la lap, hablando con soporte no se resuelve la situación.
Así que si lo prueban por primera vez está padre pero no cambien de curso o salgan y entren nuevamente que van a parecer tooodo el tiempo.

My youngest daugther started taking math classes this year, then classes stopped for full one month, then I sent emails, tried to contact them but no response, yesterday after 1 month she took one class and it was 15 mins that is all, we tried to contact them again but no one answering, if you are not able to provide our daughter with math classes at least refund us. We paid 2600 for 160 classes.

Unsure if the company is going bankrupt. They have no ethics at all. Previously website was down for days and now they aren't taking any classes neither can we get in touch with them. At least give us our refund for the remaining classes.

BYJU'S FUTURE SCHOOL CODING PROGRAM IS A SCAM. FROM CEO TILL SUPPORT TEAM ARE LIAR. NO ONE RESPONDING TO EMAILS OR CALLS. NOOR FROM SUPPORT TEAM JUST HANG UP THE PHONE AND AGAIN TRYING AND HE IS LISTENING TO ME BUT NOT TALKING. SUPPORT TEAM IS JOKE.

I would give this company a zero if it was possible. They won't even send the OTP code so I can log in. They do not respond to emails apart from saying that they will get back to you. Until recently, they would call asking to purchase more classes. I am still out of pocket for about 20 classes and with us not being able to log in and them not responding, seems like we have lost a bunch of money. More than an unsatisfactory experience.

No response or update from byju after teacher not attending 2 classes. Two other people I referred to Byju also having the same issue.

Enrolled for 140 classes. Stopped half way and not responding any more. Company ethics is at stake. If you cannot pursue the classes further, at least respond or refund. Very unethical practice. Playing with kids future.

Hi ,I could not access Byjous website for couples of days.The lesson was missed ,no contacts were made with us to inform about cancellation of the lessons.Also the previous lesson supposed to last 1 hour The teacher ln the last lesson logged 15 mins.late and finished the class 10 min.earlier without any comments.We have paid for the block of lessons in advance.I will seek refund for the remainder of the lessons.This is very poor approach.

Our Son Adidev has been doing music lessons(keyboard) with ROUNAQ teacher through Byjus platform since a few months now. He is very patient, and an amazing teacher, with an excellent knowledge of music overall. Our son has picked up a lot within a short span of time with him, absolutely enjoys his lessons and looks forward to every session with ROUNAQ teacher. Highly recommend.

Site is down for days, I tried to contact them via email but no answer. I will defo sue if they do not refund the money that will be lost.

Update (4/25/24): The site is back! I'm revising my rating from 1 to 5. My child is so happy he can continue the lessons. We didn't lose credit for the scheduled lesson when the site was down. At one point, I was skeptical and thought they would go dark forever, but we're very glad they're OK. With the price we paid and the intriguing UX/UI, I hope Byju (f/k/a White Hat Jr) can do well and continue to serve the kids. Please maintain the site and keep up the good work; you have a great mission! Don't give parents or students a heart attack, please.

Original (4/24/24): My child has been taking classes with them for a long time. We love the web interface, the teacher and how easy to reschedule. But now the web site was down yesterday, and there isn’t any communication. I hope they’re ok, we still have prepaid class credits…. I’ll revise the stars as soon as the site is up or I know what’s going on :( I miss the days they were called White Hat Jr.

Absolute scam!
Similar to other users I bought a package of classes that started a couple years ago. Their marketing are really pushy people, providing fake promises.
For a company providing coding lessons their app was slow and their website has many technical issues. Their customer support has always been really bad, making it really difficult to cancel even if your child was sick. The teachers had been really nice, making the class at least enjoyable.
Now all of sudden their website is down, no warning or anything for the upcoming classes. No customer support, no help whatsoever to resolved this. They only care about taking money from the people! Really really bad company

Byju UK website also down. Can't log in ,neither on laptop, mobile. Downloaded app but not loading at all. Contacted 3 different managers (phone call, text message) no response. Dropped number of emails but no reply. Missed two schedule classes. Looks stupid because trusted again.

Don’t waste your money. I bought 144 1:1 coding lessons at the beginning. They changed multiple teachers within first 66 lessons and most of them weren’t competent. Some of them don’t even explain but just got my son to watch pre-made video online and did it himself. And the website has been down and we couldn’t log into app or website for scheduled class. I tried to ring or contact number on website and couldn’t even get through. It is a joke!

It was a terrible experience. No Teacher and no one is responsible. They ripped us off for whole sessions. Shame on you, Harsh. K. Gupta. Their dashboard never worked. It's my bad to trust you. NEVER trust anyone from India. Hence, By jus is almost bankrupt. Bad staff and a no-one-cares attitude after selling the product caused them to go bankrupt.

Terrible experience , there dashboard never worked , my bad I trust them again , in 2022 Samar situation, in 2024 I thought situation should have improved, so I gave them 2nd chance , byjus is almost bankrupt, bad staff and no one cares attitude after selling the product cause them bankruptcy.

If you cheat with people you wont be successful.

Al inicio se nos dificultaba entrar bien a la clase por cuestiones del internet . Las actividades eran divertidas y de mucho aprendizaje sin embargo consideramos poco

Niño sabe mover bloques con pixeles, posición y,x comandos, realizar cadenas pero todo se hace dentro de la aplicación, pensábamos que tendría los principios para poner en práctica fuera de la aplicación .
