Deepanshi Raghuvanshi Mentor @byjus keeps on calling since last 1 year, after so many updates & requests that my Son has finished 10+2 in 2021, now he is 2nd year of BTech. She keeps on bothering & calling both my Son & Me, that if he got any concern or issue. Never got any call from mentor while my Son was in 10+1 & 10+2. now all of the sudden, byjus is showing concern to passed out students. POORLY MANAGED EDTECH COMPANY

No one really should even think about this school. I bought like 144 classes for my daughter. There was always Internet connection problem with the teacher. After so many problems we decided not to continue school with BYJU’S. I was told we can always cancel anytime and we will get our money back. It’s been at least eight months where I still not receive my thousand dollars back. This is a big scam and I don’t see any benefits of doing that kind of school.

With this company, I would like to day .. one of the worst customer service experience in my entire life. Please do not join with their courses and your child will not get any benefit except a head ache for you.

Please do not use tgem last year they were verykeem to enroll mu child this year their free class logon doesnt work n when they rang me 3 weeks later they sound confused n 2 weeks later they ring againn couldnot asist my simple enquirey.. run fromthem they ate hopeless

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ONLINE STUDY PLATFORM IS OF NO USE

I had taken course for my ward for 3 years for Grade 3,4 and 5.I will request you all that parents who wants to take course please get all information about refund and cancellation in prior Byjus are very smart to make you fool as their policies says that you can return it only with in 15 days after the Date of purchase if you have take course for 3 yrs first year they will provide good services but as it will turn to Next grade it will become worst and you won't be able to return or eligible for refund as per their policies and they won't tell you about all this at the time of admission. In 15 Days no one can predict about that the leaner will be comfortable or not simply if you are taking admission in any coaching or tution it is in your hand to stop or continue but with Byjus they just take money and no responsibility. I had very bad experience and lost all the money which they had taken by providing a EMI facility now the condition is their Money has already been disbursed in their account we can't stop the EMIs as it will affect our civil score.So I am writing this fair review just for that No other parent get trapped like us .

As a parent I want to share my experience in byju, I have taken one year education course for my child and at the time of admission I was informed by the team member for assurance of my childs learning, for few months teacher were regularly in touch with my child, teachers has been changed frequently, my child is not very much comfortable with new teachers, and even as a parent I didn’t recieved any call from teacher as they promised at the time of admission. Only i relieved end numbers of text msg in every month for EMI payment.

They didn’t bother to ask children about final examination result, where my child is standing or in which subject support will we required.

I have extremely bad experience with Byju’s, the marketing people came and explained and forced to pay, after payment they told to contact any time for guidance and support. When i recived the I-pad it was not function i tired to reach couple of time for more than 3 days for the (marketing guy 7627040306) he is not at all responding, then i got customer care no. and informed for cancellation during trail period they told (Ramya) will connect you by EOD she is also not contacted. at last after struggle it got cancelled.
I prefer people not to get into Byju's they are money making and fraud people.

They are cons making people fool not responding for cancellation as i have raised an issue within 15 days trial period worst customer service will file police fir and go through legally as i have already posted on online legal India forum

But they kept deducting fees from my online bank account for the past 6 months continuosly without informing me. They didn’t send us any invoices too. One day I got call from Byhu’s to pay their money for the next month because my bank account didn’t have enough money to pay. Thay have added 1000 rupees fine too. It was quite ahocking for me. Because I had no idea that they didn’t cancel the service even i requested them. However, I again called them to cancel their service immediately but they were very rude and asked me to pay as soon as possible. This is clearly a robbery. And, now they are keep calling me and harassing me and my family mentally. I request to all parents please do not contact them. They are robbers and harass parents constantly. I hope this genuine review will help lots of parents. Please somebody also advise me how can I deal with them? Thanks

Pretty bad customer service, they say they have "concierge service" phone number, which when called, directs you to online chat. Then, in the online chat, you get the typical run around that they are looking into it.

They dont share any ticket number for your support case nor is there a way for you to check on the progress of your ticket.

They take all the money in advance and then make you jump hoops to get any help.

Dont fall for them.

Byju's is a fraud and cheating they are playing with students life ,i lost my money by subscribing with them i dont want others to loss their money and time ,as they give advertisement that complaints will be solved 96% in 24 hours is also wrong they never respond to mails or customer care.
Customer care people they never share complaint number and they make fake promises.

please dont register with Byju's and waste your time and money.

Incase if byjus gets your no once from anywhere they are going to make your life hell again and again.I haven't seen such a shameless organisation who act like beggars.Despite of telling them tht I am not interested in their course they keep on calling me it's been a year.Beware of such beggars....

Do not recommend they are not professional, cannot get the basic enrolment done properly. Waste of time.

This story was about an ugly duck who became laughing stock because of his ugliness.this story ended with happy ending.I really love this kind of stories

worst counsellors who completely lie about the courses given. even if they are not ryt on the promises given they dont even cancel the course they are asking for 3,000 to be paid again even after paying 5,000 and not even cancelling the course that to after the mistake from their worst counsellor named "NIKITHA" at mahalakshmi layout branch bangalore , they are not even giving the recording which was done on the day of counselling.This would definetly be taken into medias immediately .
guys never trust the cousellors in this company
byjus education is best for sure I stand on that but the cousellors act like salesmens just use promises for thw sake of pitch to convert the lead.
Nikitha Is the counsellor she has to be taken into actions for making false promises and wasting all our time
I recommend all of you to not even go with byjus counselllors words check on the reviews and articles and then choose my worst expierience I want it to be taken into serious note.
