I did one tester session with my daughter which was fine. I didn't want to take it further, but for the last year this company has been calling me regularly. I get calls from random mobile phone numbers, each time someone different trying to sell me more classes. I have been increasingly angry, and ended up furious that they still won't remove my number from their records. I can't block them because it's different people each time. I've had calls at least once a month...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They ripped us off.
We have joined our 8-year-old in Guitar classes and paid $504 in advance. Their website is pathetic and had connection issues from day one and my kid dint even had a proper class due t buffering issues. Even though after complaining to their useless staff the problem did not resolve and they didn't want to refund us and kept recording each week as nonattendance for my kid. After many calls and batel they refunded $290 and ripped off $214 for one useless class. I highly recommend other innocent parents not to join this fraud mob.

Byjus cancellation policy is fraud

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER BY SALESMAN’s force

They will literally force you in the name of marketing to take the course on the same day.

And will never give your money back on cancellation.

You would need number of additional hours and million tons of patience to deal with unprofessional and illiterate staff. It's better to communicate with a kid than with a Byju team.
I reside in Australia and struggle each day with the classes. There are some or the other issues and there is no phone line to contact anyone. Only option is to send them an email and receive 50 irrelavant responses from 100 different people which makes your inbox full, aggrevates your anger and issue remains unsolved. The staff never reads it thoroughly and simply responds hurriedly to close the ticket.
We have had so any issues so far that had documented in one email to send it to CEO.
It's been more than 2 months but no response yet
There is absolutely no one to take the accountability. Every time we ask for a refund, they promise us to behave like adult literate but within a week we begin from square one
Please stay away from them to keep your life at peace. Find an alternative option to educate your kids
It's a waste of time and money to get your kids enrolled in Byju. I am very well aware that writing a review wouldn't change them, but our main purpose is to let others know about them. They only care about money and not about the service which they promised while enrolling us.

Byjus in the name of education is a cheater and a big fraud comapny..refrain from wasting time and money over this bogus learning app..many more fraud activities of this comapny will be aapearing. it will be exposed by ED soon..ED should start raiding this fraud edutech co...A national level investigation by CFIO and ED need of the hour to expose this fake edutech co.. so many innocent parents have been cheated by this fake edutech co.
Byjus single aim is to just get listed at NSE/BSE and loot innocent investors money..Already they have looted money of the innocent consumers. Ministry of Education & IEC should also investigate this cheating edutech co.
Soon Byjus will be such a company in Indian History which cheated innocents parents and students and then the investors just to become a big International brand overnight. It will collapse soon because of too ambitiousness and adopting unethical business practices. Just wait & watch its destruction process friends unfolding before your eyes as all the canon of worms will soon be coming off.

They will make you feel that your child is getting weaker and convince you to purchase their product. Children don't get the time to study from them. They don't care after getting money from you. They are making their business by befooling and misguiding. Beware of them

I am disgusted by what I have just witnessed.
My 7 year old son has been brought to tears by their 'teacher' within 7 minutes of a trial coding lesson.
Their 'teacher' came across as rude and overly forceful, pushing my child to simply repeat what she was saying in a very overbearing and unfriendly manner.
My son was very quickly in a position where someone he has never met before was being told he was wrong and being pushed to correct himself.
This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, not an aggressive encounter with an individual who clearly has no experience dealing with this age group.
Quite frankly, in less than 10 minutes, during a simple introduction to the lesson, their 'teacher' has left my son feeling as though he was being told off and has had to walk away in tears.

I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I have been with Byjus over a year and a half now. I thought let recommended a friend so we both get a $400 reward for recommending as advertised. Even though using the same teacher for us Byjus denies payment so they can make more excuses for fake advertising and all-money-making business. I do not recommend anyone for Byju's now. Stay away from its fake promises.

The promises they make at the beginning are all lies, they are scammers. My son did coding with this academy for a year, all he learned is how to copy and paste. waste of my $4000, and time. I do not recommend.

It is a total scam. We paid the class fee after being sold on the easy scheduling and professionalism. First their accounting department wanted to have me sign and pay a bill that mentioned I owed three times the price they were selling the classes for. It took two hours to fix. Then, when scheduling time came I realized there were no class available. I can’t even imagine the professionalism of the teachers if even their scheduling platform is a total mess.
They do not answer the phone, their online chat or any whatsapp message I have been sending.
We have enrolled in several online classes over the past two years in different coding school and other subject through other companies and have never witness such a lack of professionalism.
DONT FALL FOR IT!! Save yourself from a headache and DO NOT BUY BYJU’S Programs.

STAY AWAY FROM BYJUS! If I could leave a 0 star I would. Have had issues since first starting coding classes for my son, terrible connection, teacher dropping out and leaving early for classes paid, multiple no shows by teacher. The list goes on. Have asked multiple times for a refund over the last few weeks with the same forwarded response and nothing done.
Terrible service, as soon as you have signed up they don't want to know about you.

Byjus is scam. They said could try for my son and if he did not like we could ask for refund without questions. We asked for refund many weeks ago and have never received refund, only excuses and no info. They own us almost 1000$.

The teachers are great, the classes good, I was happy at first - my kids progressing - but once you have handed money over there is very poor customer service. There is no number to call - you only get an automated service. You can email them but it's difficult to get anything resolved. I'm not sure if it's a language issue or lack of interest. I have been trying for three weeks now to resolve a simple issue - reschedule a class. I have sent 5 emails & spoken to them twice on the phone. When they hear you are not buying new classes they lose interest. I'd avoid BYJUs. Very disappointing as the teachers themselves & the courses are good.
Update : The issue finally got solved after 3 weeks. Frustrating process & there was a confusion about teacher times but it still should not have taken that long.

Number one fraud compay. They have cheated me. I have taken course for my 4years kids, when the sales people came for demo I have explained my kids postion, abnormal behavior and situation. After that I have enquired about cancellation process sales people ( pallavi and Riyaj) told when ever you want you can go for the cancellation. Multiple times I called her also with in one week for kids are not using the product she told me observe 2 to 3 months sir if they are not you can go for cancellation I clearly told her my kids are not showing interest what I have to do she has confirmed if the product are not useful company will cancel it sir you can raise a cancellation requist like that. My kids are not using product and I am keep on calling Sales people Pallavi and Riyaj they are not answering my phone call. I have tried with other number also pallavi is not responding. They have cheated me. Not only me how many people they are cheating.
Number one cheaters in market.
Don't believe these people.
Unnecessary I am paying every month EMI.
No one addressing my problem.

The company are scam artists. Because I saw an article on LinkedIn I decided to enrol one of my children in the summer holidays. That was the start of persistent emails (now blocked), persistent telephone calls (now blocked and asked for all details to be removed) and text messages (all blocked). These were from various numbers so suspect I will be ‘pestered’ for a while yet.
Wish I had done my normal research.

Don't deal with Byju, rather study yourself. It usesless and waste of money. NRI"S specially stay away from it.

"Byju is a scam" . These are not my words, but words of my daughter who went for 3 months. Only thing teachers care is ratings and ensure there is no negative publicity. They even threatened young children to give them good ratings or they will rate them low and make an excuse to throw them out of classes. In 3 months not sure if my children learned anything(score did not change in school) but she learned the dirty politics of Byju business. With so much money being spend by Byju on commercials, it is no brainier they not in this business to make our kids successful, they are here to make money. Period.

Byju is the worst company ever. They are the biggest fraud in the market. They are very sweet before the purchase. As soon you buy their classes they wont bother. I had a terrible time to get my refund. I wont recommend them to even my enemy.

I took my classses before 5-6 months , still i didn't get one single class, it all such huge nonsense , just love to take away all money , stupid crap going on, didn't get any books, they changed my sim 4-5 times, not even one is responsible , very big nonsense , NEVER EVER CHOOSE BYJUS .

This school is an absolute scam and a fraud. Please do not fall for them my daughter has done 20 classes with them and she said, "The service is so bad and the teacher's are awful" I'm definitely not using them again and they still haven't given me my 1300 pounds back
