Fake Promise : No Questions asked Money Back Guarantee, they did refund the money (after 100's of calls) but sneakily are deducting the money every month from my bank account, not even the bank people are able to stop it, WORST Experience, now when we call them they just drop the call, very convenient,
Why did we drop them : for my Nephew 8th standard Maths they are teaching him 4+4 = ? Really

PLEASE DO NOT Waste your hard earned money on this company ... full of fake people they just do not care after the trial period is over or before either.

Online Classes - Paid for online live classes but Byjus is not providing the classes.

My daughter hasn't attended the online classes since last month & there are no classes that have been assigned, so far. I called several times to the support team, but they are not resolving the issue and they are not confirming the date and time. I have paid so much money for the online classes, but they gave the class time between 2.30 and 3.30 PM UK time, I told them she will be at school and she can't attend the class. But, they are saying there are no other classes available and we need to take those classes only. I have contacted the salespersons - Abishek Ranjan - Manager, Jithin Babu - Manager, and her tutor- Vaani Pareek, and now they are not even responding to my calls, emails, and Whatsapps. It's a waste of money and I won't recommend Byjus to any of my friends & colleagues. Byju won't deserve even the rating of 1 star and I would give the rating below 1 for their services.

They don't deserve for single star.When we were in India two sales girls came up with byjus to my house i didn't even forget their names they are Pallavi Reddy and Vineela bathula literally forced us to buy byjus they couldn't even listen to us as we were trying to say that we are going to UK but they promised us that they deliver books to UK address.As soon as I reach UK i gave my UK address but I didn't receive books till now.It's already 4 months.Every customer care agent giving different answers when I'm going to ask about books some of them were disconnected my call.Youtube kids are much better than Byjus.Still I am paying EMI.Don't fall for their nice advertisements.

Byjus is not good for students. They are not teach text book. They teach their books. Very bad experience.

Now they are even trying to cheat people by getting their employees writing excellent review fr byju’s …check the profile pic of the people by any angle they don’t look like serious nature parents …moreover the excellent review is all in a time span of 2-3 days after more parents started giving true bad feedback & try to save other parents from getting into their trap …

I took std 1st package for my Nephew last year, Everytime we have faced the same issue in connecting class.Some issue occurs everytime from there side only.Even after complaining multiple times no one has come to resolved that. Due to connectivity issue child has missed so many classes. But from byjus team he has not got a single backup class.I will never recommend anyone for byjus. Such a waste of money.

We used Byju for a couple of lessons which the children did find useful. However we decided not to continue with Byju but to date we continue to get calls from their sales team after we asked them to remove our contact details. Continuous nuisance calls on a weekly basis to the point I'm having to change my mobile number

I don’t even want to give single star such a fraud they are they kept on calling until I said yes for meeting the sales guy fooled me for hours asked to try at least it is free no charge u just have to enroll and if you do not like just cancel the subscription u will not be charged anything and its 3 month now i keep on messaging calling but these scammers cheat money minded byjus team is not answering to any of my mail and calls, I payed 88000 and i have to pay emi every month that also for the thing which my kid is not using at all is their anyone who can guide me how to get my money back

Its all fake assurance. Their service is very very worst… Dont wast your hard money to Byjus. My son in studying 5th std and I have enrolled for my son in Byjus program ( 5-8 std) 2 months back ie .Mar,2021. First 15 days service was good. Once their cancelation policy get over, they will show their real faces. If you call helpline and would like to give complaint about mentor/teacher/changing time slot, they will say we will take action.But you will Not
seen progress. At one point, they are disconnecting my calls automatically. I am frustrated their service. hey said one to one attention will be given by teacher. During Online classes, Teachers concentrate only certain students and not giving attention to other students. Their intension is to cover the session within an hour . Dont
care whether the student grasped or not. Dont go with global scam… You will not seen improvement . Its better we bring the chidlrent to local tution center, at least we can complaint or withdraw the service if we dont like. I am 100 % valid customer. They literally tricked on 3 years contract by claiming they will match British curriculum and later kept promising it will happen crossing 15 days refund period. Now not accepting refund request. Even though I realized mid year these are all fake promises and requested refund for only next 2 year not current year. They guy who sold us byju left the company. Now they keep harassing us with new products when they don’t refund us

Have you tried asking the same doubt (to a mentor) multiple times.
We have and surprise the Subject Experts gave us a different answer to the same question each time!
Now we are figuring out which option to follow ....."Eeny, meeny, miny, moe"...

Is milk an emulsion, colloid, suspension, solution, solid, fluid, liquid gas....ohhhh the options are many

Cheater company. They have sold us courses with false promise. And now nobody is responding to us on mail and call center. Salesperson is also not picking our call.

The worst experience with these guys ..they hv cheated us saying it has IB syllabus for IB1 and 2..and nothing is helpful for my kid from their app ..I have lost a huge amount of money buying this app ..

We disappointing and pathetic, approach to students problem solving , I think they have created a hype and even normal PCM teachers teach and make students understand better from last April 22 i have been calling that my son is not able to understand but don't give a dam to that they only want money, their coordinators are only concerned with business they will never pick your call afterwards .Even there mentors are on leave every next day , anew mentor will guide you, a case should be filed against this FRAUD organization which is duping parents money and not giving any dam services.

A Representative from BYJU's approached me to explain his Product. More than his interaction with my Child, he was more specific in understanding the Mode of Payment, is it a Credit Card or Debit Card, which Bank etc. was all of his questions prompting around.

I heard from him that a trial offer is available for a period of 15 days at a refundable amount of Rs. 5000. I opted for it.

I clearly informed him that I want a trial offer and he asked for my Aadhar and Pan Card. When I questioned him for the need of those documents, he told me that to initiate the Trial pack these documents are required. I repeatedly made my point clear that I want only a Trial and will cancel at any point of time, if not satisfied. He said Yes and assured me that he is processing only the Trial offer for 15 days. Trusting him, I provided my documents and paid Rs. 5000 via GPay.

To my astonishment, in an hour after he left, I received an Email which stated that an EMI has been initiated for Rs. 48, 000. Only then I realised that the received Rs. 5000 is a down Payment and the balance amount is raised via EMI.

I was dumbfounded by this cheating attitude. This creates a negative Impact on such a Sophisticated and Prestigious Institution.

The Agent who represent such esteemed organistion should be transparent inorder to gain confidence frin the Public. But this activity clearly resembles the fact that they are least bothered about the Business' Reputation instead their motive is to achieve their target and increase their numbers.

I have raised this issue to the BYJUs Management and they are working on it.

Please don't fall prey to such cheaters and lose your hard earned money.

Worst service last 2 weeks calling them for my daughters 10 th grade upgradation issue in app. For my daughter but still not resolve tthey told me they will send New SD card to me but still no msg or updates from byjus regarding the issue they are not giving me courier company name and tracking no. dont waste your money on their aide iant write this review because they filtered the reviews and only good review they will put on their site try if you can

I have had a bad experience. useless product . not recommendable to anyone.
