I purchased a CoD Modern Warfare 2019 - Account (Full Access) from their website. I was able to play on that account for less than a week, when I received an email from battlenet stating that my email address associated with the battlenet account has been changed even though I didn't initiate it or receive any security code to authorize changing the email address. So I contacted BCPC regarding this & after a lot of back and forth emails for many days, they finally decided to give me a refund.

Always fast and help whenever I need them, best customer service, all respect and I really recommended to buy from them.

I ordered from this company twice already and those two times won't certainly be the last. Both times when I ordered my game, I received the game within 12 hours of ordering. There was a slight hiccup with the downloader, but the support team was very helpful and professional. They helped me out in a reasonable amount of time and got me Forza. First off, the website is amazing. It got literary every game at a very cheap prize. I bought Resident Evil Village for 5$. I recommend everyone who cant afford these expensive triple A games to buy them from this website. Its affordable and best!
Next thing that really impressed me was the customer service. The guys here are very polite and do everything possible to solve your issue. Offline instalation is a little bit tricky, but if u do some mistake, very fast customer care service on messenger is here to help you. My Resident Evil: Village seems to work just fine now. :)

They helped me fixed my game issue and they really helped me out they even replaced one of my accidental purchase of the same game and replaced it with a new game 5 Stars!

Just completed RE8 thanks to this site for just $5. Initial activation was a slight hassle -- the first code they gave me didn't work so I had to email them for another. Second one had way too many people on it, Denuvo only allows 5 activations in 24 hours per account so trying to get one in against probably dozens of other people was not going to happen. I asked them for further assistance and they offered to do it through TeamViewer which I obviously declined since this is extremely sketchy. At this point I asked for either a refund or a new key/account and they obliged to the latter. Unlike the first account, the second one had Steam Guard and I had to contact them a couple times to enter the code before it expired but once it worked I was able to activate, go offline, and play the game. Responded to my emails within 10-15 mins every time, great customer support, just reach out to them and be patient and I'm sure you'll get what you want!

Honestly...looked promising, managed to get the account login and download the game...but was never able to play it, just got continuos error after error, always something different that went wrong. Customer support took hours to respond, and when they did it felt like I was talking to a robot. Terrible experience. I don't plan on ever buying anything from them ever again. save yourself the hassle...just wait for a sale or crack.
