Not responsive at all
Not responsive at all. I have been trying to reach them for weeks in April 2022 for the games i bought from them AC Valhalla and FC6. No response in facebook or in the email support. Waste of money and time.

Very slow assistance and delivery team
Ordered Far Cry 6 and Dying Light 2 from this website. It has been 12 hours since I placed the order and have not received it still. Order shows as 'Processing' and does not update. Team is unresponsive on both Messenger and Email. My money has already been debited and since I am getting no replies, I am assuming it is gone for good. This is terrible service and basically a scam.
EDIT: Received my order roughly 16 hours after placing it. At least I am not scammed of my money, however, the delivery time leaves much to be desired. Raising review to 3 stars.

probably illegal
this store seems to sell illegal software with illegal keys. it is for me impossible that the game makers would sell those games that have been just released for less than 10% of the price by a 3rd party store like this one. i dont think it is legit and i would not deal with them.
