Inconvenience, resolved after 9 months.
I bought Hogwarts Legacy and got the key. I installed the game on Steam. And when the game released on the 10th, the key was deactivated, no longer allowing me to access my Steam account. The error told me that the key had expired after 24 hours. I contacted support via email. They didn't answer me. I admit that the experience was unpleasant. But 9 months after this event, they contacted me via email. They apologized, and showed that they were truly sorry and sorry. They offered me a free game, and asked me to give it another chance, to regain my trust, promising that this would never happen again. I appreciated the gesture, even though it took 9 months. With a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth I will give it one last chance, we'll see.

Order dead space remake, 1 hour later recieved everything in my mail and everything working well without problems.
Not a big fan of the steam activator since that might have viruses or other nasty stuff, havent noticed anything but just a little minus wish it was a regular they give me name and password and i login myself, but a clean windows install will fix if i notice anything wrong

Waste of money, borderline nonexistent customer service
BCPC is a way to play games at an incredibly low price, especially for those who can't afford full-priced games, don't want to wait for a sale, and have no intention of replaying games (which can't be done if you 1. lose the activation key 2. update Windows or your computer hardware; game replaying is indefinite if you avoid those issues). The reviews don't exactly do BCPC justice but I decided to give them a shot as I wanted to play The Callisto Protocol.
After purchasing, it took roughly 18 hours to get my key which isn't bad. The purchase confirmation states you should receive your order within 24 hours so no complaints there. Was somewhat worrisome and frustrating but I was happy when I got the email. The key activated successfully in the launcher, and it took a bit of doing to get it to automatically sign me into the respective Steam account, but it ultimately worked and I downloaded TCP and completed it with no issues.
Do note that if you log out of the Steam account after 24 hours, you will lose access to the game because the keys are only valid for 24 hours and the offline launcher is the only way to sign into the Steam account. So I'm not sure why you're allowed to buy multiple keys at once.
HOWEVER, the 4-star deduction is for the garbage customer support as in you'll be lucky if you ever get a response. Absolutely inexcusable. The submission form on the website to contact support does not work. Gives me an error message every time I try to submit. Tried emailing and I still have not heard back despite eventually receiving my key and fixing any issues I had on my own. I don't believe BCPC has many people working for them at all. Seems to be the work of one guy supposedly called Alex which would further explain the lack of customer support and the resulting suspicion.
If BCPC is to build a better reputation Alex needs to prioritize his customer service and get rid of the unnecessary 24-hour validity period for the keys. No one should be having to deal with waiting days to get a response or waiting days trying to get what they paid for. This only leads to further negative reviews and to his prominence in offline activation gaming going down the drain.
As far as the games go, I've bought 2 of them nd played them to completion but have since filed a dispute for 2 pre-orders because I have not received the keys and Alex refuses to respond.

We had some issues at the beginning, we bought the key for FIFA23 for a friend and we couldn't redeem it. However, I reported them the problem and after a few days, the support team sent us a new key and this time it worked!!
