Same as the rest of the reviews really, my partner paid £65 for a bunch of flowers and same day delivery. Did not come same day and what arrived looks like they went to the reduced section of asda last night and squashed them in a box.
We will be getting compensated for this.

WISH I READ REVIEWS! Ordered same day delivery, got excuse less than an hour befor latest delivery slot that their florist “had an emergency”. I paid £60 for some absolutely shocking bunch that would have cost maximum £10 in ASDA. NEVER AGAIN! Pathetic
UPDATE!!! They are now threatening me with fake solicitors. Any one that would like to add to my complaint to Trading standards, please feel free to like this comment and I will send you a message :)
If this company was as legit as they say, they wouldn’t be that scared of Trading Standards:)

I wish that I read the reviews before ordering. My sister needed cheering up after a rough few days. Ordered same day delivery flowers but they did not arrive. I sent an email and asked for my extra 8 pounds back for same day flowers.
The bouquet arrived looking drab full of fillers hardly any actual flowers the box was damaged I guess by the couriers.
Absolutely disgusting for 50 pounds better that I went to Tescos at least you actually get flowers.
Horrible attitude by the owner also not very happy and will never use again

I wish I had read these before ordering! I ordered through Amelia’s florist (I found out it was delivered by busy bees as i asked my friend if there where any contact details with it) and when they arrived at my friends, disappointing is an understatement.
In fact I’m furious, I ordered a lovely bunch in water, and instead got 11 flowers and basically leaves. I would have got a better bunch in Asda for half the price. Never again!!!
Thankfully my friend is grateful, it was only me asking to see what they were like when I found out. They weren’t in water like I asked for, they were in the florist foam stuff.
What an absolute rip off! You should be truly ashamed of yourselves.

After the flowers not arriving on the date I asked for, I read the reviews on here (should have done that prior to ordering!) I then assumed they would never arrive or if they did they would be awful!
I also emailed and did hear back as to that it would be investigated, 3 days later which is fine as it was over Christmas period. 4 days later the flowers surprisingly did arrive and they were actually really nice!!
Really pleased they finally arrived Shane they were late as were meant to be part of a Christmas gift.

Better late than never. Wouldn’t use again in future.

I ordered some flowers for same day delivery. When it got to about 8.30pm, I contacted the company asking where the flowers were. I got an email in the early hours of the morning explaining that there was an ‘emergency’ in the florist, and that they could deliver not the following day, but the day after that. This was far too late for me, so I asked for a refund which they said they’d arrange. It’s now been well over two months and I haven’t received a refund. I have contacted the company in this time, who have said they’ll look into it, but clearly haven’t.

I wasn't going to write a review until after the issue was resolved but I can see there is little chance of that happening. Anniversary flowers were left shoved behind a wheelie bin during a big storm. Door bell not rung, no card left, found several days later - completely ruined. Busy Bees not interested, keep saying they are investigating...what is there to investigate? wish we had taken photo's but I was shown the mess on Facetime as they were located. I shouldn't have to provide evidence of their incompetent delivery arrangements.

I wish I had read this before I ordered flowers from this absolutely atrocious company! Flowers did not arrive yesterday (which is what I paid for) now I they don’t answer phone or Email to let me know when it if these flowers will ever arrive! Absolute joke!

Excellent services! - I sent flowers to my mom in law and she received as we expected. The regular size was perfect. (SAME DAY for real)

What an absolute joke of a company! I had a special bunch of flowers order for next day delivery (which had to arrive that day), with clear communication that the flowers would be delivered on 1st November. However through NO COMMUNICATION on their part I found out that they had not been delivered, by having to ask the recipient. Trying to put a complaint in has been met with a very blase attitude and to quote an email response 'What are you looking for to resolve your query' and 'dates are expected and not guaranteed.' What I expect is a service which follows through with what they state and if items are not delivered what stated a phone call and money returned. I really would not use this service or Ellies Power flowers and I feel I am being generous giving it a 1.

Absolutely appalling service and customer service just a joke! wish i had read reviews on here first ! ordered NEXT DAY flowers specifically and received confirmation email stating delivery next day .i also phoned the day of delivery to check and was told my order would be delivered between 1 and 5pm that day ....no delivery ...phoned next day and emailed was told apparently i didnt look at ticking time clock which i did specifically as i would of used another service with next day delivery i sent confirmation email stating delivery date but was ignored and asked about giving wrong delivery info on phone but was told im acheiving nothing by querying the appalling service .!

If I could put one star minus I would disgusting service ordered for my father-in-law’s funeral said they tried to deliver at the house. No one did just left outside house the next day. What do I do a funeral redo over because they can’t be bothered to do it right first time absolutely disgusting service when I rang up and complained not interested didn’t want to do anything about it they didn’t care the complaints manager was total rude imbecile and made no attempt to reconcile this complaint. Just had the flowers dumped outside my house, the next day after the funeral.

Absolutely the worse Business I have every come across. False advertising failure to deliver. These people take your money and have no morales what do so ever. Full of fake reviews, busy bees should be called busy ripping you off. I cannot believe the amount of excuses. The local florist they used had a wedding on the Saturday so they couldn’t deliver, Royal Mail couldn’t deliver on Sunday. Hang on where are flowers coming from? If I don’t want them send them back this after I’d requested a refund 3 times. When I challenged them on false advertising they threaten you with legal action. Great customer services from the former company director and former share holder. 80% of the reviews are poor yes 80% unless you read what is there own website which is 5 stars from everyone. 5 stars must have had a much better experience then rest of the reviewers on here. I’m sorry but busy bees don’t live up to what is advertised.

Awful! Absolutely fuming website confirmed the flowers would be delivered on the day of my parents anniversary. But no! Very bad customer service. They really font give 2 hoots.

Absolutley shambolic.Ordered flowers for a special birthday,my mum was left disappointed when nothing arrived.Tried to contact the company,very vague replies and they couldn’t even get my name right on the complaints form even though I’d corrected them twice. Flowers turned up the next day in a sorry state.Half we’re dead,and some had broken stems.I was told by their staff to put them in a vase and that they’d be fine.No refund or partial refund offered.No apology for the situation,they couldn’t care less tbh!Awful company,awful attitude,avoid at all costs!

Poor service. The flowered which were ordered in advance were not delivered on the day. Dpd were partially to blame but such poor service resolving it. Flowers did not have water so after almost 2 days of being in the post with no water. It's no real surprise they died quickly. Wish I had read the reviews first. Since covid I have been trying to support smaller companies. 100% the wrong choice here

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I ordered flowers as a birthday gift 6 days in advance but they never got delivered on the day I specified despite them telling me they had been. Flowers eventually arrived the day after my step mums birthday by which time I’d ran round & delivered another bouquet so not to miss her birthday. Busy Bee’s have a completely “don’t care” attitude, worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve left it a week to write this review as they said they’d come back to me but never have. Refused a refund despite not delivering the service I paid for.

This Florist have had some really bad reviews on here! I was scared after ordering flowers.. but they turned up exactly on time and was amazing!! Thank you very much for putting my mind at rest and for a great bunch of flowers

I dont even want to give them one star. The order was messed up from the start placed an order on friday 1st of april for next day delivery. No delivery was made on the 2nd tried calling and phone lines are down. Emailed on monday 4th to be told i had over rode the system and my order wouldn't be delivered till tues 5th.
The flowers are awful nothing like the picture and ive emailed again and has been told its down to the the arrangement in the vase. There is no where near the amount of flowers in the picture to what has been sent.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company is a rip off ordered flowers for my sister in law funeral they didn’t turn up to 5pm after the funeral the box looked like it had been kicked around lots of the flowers was broken I paid £89.98 for these there customer service is appalling they refused to refund my money saying I should of ordered them for the day before nobody orders funeral flowers for the day before save your money go elsewhere
