A special mention to the manager, I believe her name was Samira, who was very helpful and made sure everything was organised properly from start to finish. They clearly know what’s needed for Airbnb properties and made sure everything was guest-ready.

Communication was easy throughout, and the team worked efficiently without missing any details. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, or regular house cleaning. Great service, reliable team, and very good value for money!

I used this company for my Airbnb property and unfortunately experienced a series of problems that made the service unsustainable.

1. Damage & Reimbursement Issues ⛓️‍💥
Across their visits, £143 worth of damage occurred (all evidenced with timestamped photos). Only £80 was reimbursed.
When breakages were raised with clear proof that they were not guest-related, the responses were often defensive rather than solution-focused.

2. Missed Turnover Clean 😕
A scheduled turnover was missed entirely.

My guest arrived to find:

* unmade beds
* dirty towels
* the property not cleaned

I had to refund the cleaning fee myself. This incident was not appropriately acknowledged.

3. Inconsistent Cleaning Standards 🧹

Recurring issues included:

* stained / unclean linen being returned
* my linen mixed with other hosts’ laundry
* items left behind after cleaning (e.g., debris on the floor)
* tasks rushed or incomplete

Some cleaners indicated they felt rushed because their supervisor waited in a car outside, which likely contributed to the inconsistency.

4. Linen Being Withheld — No Contractual Right 🚨

The company is currently withholding **six sets** of my linen and towels, stating:

“Six sets of linen remain in our possession and will be released once the outstanding balance is settled in full.”

No contractual terms give them the right to retain my property.

Under UK civil law, retaining goods without lawful justification may amount to conversion (Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977).

A cleaning service should only need **one set for laundering**, not six.

5. Communication Problems ☏
Communication frequently became challenging:

* legitimate, evidence-based concerns were met with hostility
* I was blamed for delays caused by the company’s own banking processes
* professional dialogue deteriorated over time

This made the working relationship difficult to maintain.

6. Lack of Effective Oversight 📋

Supervision appeared minimal.
In one instance, the supervisor arrived before the cleaning took place, meaning no post-clean inspection occurred. 🧐

Cleaners also noted feeling rushed, which aligns with the issues observed.

**Overall Recommendation** 😟

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other Airbnb / serviced accommodation hosts.

The combination of:
* withheld property
* inconsistent cleaning
* unacknowledged missed turnovers
* unresolved damage
* communication difficulties

resulted in significant time and **financial loss**.

I am now having to pursue recovery of my property through formal channels — something no host should have to deal with. 😧

This cleaning service is a waste of time, I certainly would not recommend them, I’m an air BnB host, bedding and towels not returned clean, and have stains, the clean was never up to scratch, the company is a shambles, they cannot stick to timing and or their word, steal from the house deny they haven’t taken items and then when probed further they suddenly find it in the van! Don’t trust them with ur home or ur business. When I challenged them I was told to use manners, I’m a paying customer instead of rectifying the matter they complain about my manners! The management need training on how to deal with unhappy customers and the staff need training on how to actually clean
If they are specialising in air bnbs then they need to learn that their actions impacts the customers and the business! not a one time issue, ongoing for months, find a reputable company that knows what they are doing and take pride in what they do.
In terms of the theft, to clarify it was NOT A body wash that was taken from the property they were 2 luxury face washes that were expensive! one was full and opened that week and second was half a bottle! clearly u do NOT have ur facts right and u say ur a professional, did u as the owner of the company explore and investigate this matter?? Nobody contacted me to explore this or investigate it! The reason I believe they were not ‘accidentally put in the van’ as when I raised the missing items I was informed that they were disposed of in the bin at the house, bin checked - not there but other bits were, so I highlighted this and again told in bin. I did not accept this so I continued to raise my concerns until your company all of a sudden decided u put them in van? Why would ur staff put an item for the bin in ur van? when all other items were found in the bin but funnily enough 2 luxury items were in ur van?? Hmm anyone with a bit of logic, knows it was not done accidentally.
Ur cleaners left 12 bin bags of rubbish piled outside the house near the bins they failed to inform me of this, instead piled more rubbish to the point the front of the house looked like the local tip! I did two rounds to the skip. Also ur staff failed to inform me of a blocked bathtub to the point my guests complained stating “we are stood showering in our own dirt” bear in mind I have worked hard to achieve a 10 star rating, hence my frustration. if u specialise in airbnbs as u claim then are these points not common sense? I asked for all my bedding and towels back when I sacked the company and I was informed they have nothing despite doing the last clean there! We went back and forth with before they accepted that they did have the bedding. U agreed to drop the bedding of at 10am, u never turned up so contacted u at 3 pm to follow this up as I had a checkin the following day and need the towels and bedding back, I requested a list of all the items u had which u agreed to but failed to provide, funnily enough wen Joanna returned the bedding they were all stained and stunk, THEY HAD NOT BEEN WASHED! The towels had been washed but were damp, I sent videos of all this and asked u to come and see for yourself as Joanna accused me of lying! There have been numerous other concerns that I didn’t even raise, what was the point as apparently I’m a liar and causing trouble! Every claim I have made I have video evidence and have backed it up with facts!
Please tell me what part of this reflects a high quality service? Reliability? Professionalism? and integrity? After speaking to Joanna that day I lost the plot when she stated im lying! the dirty bedding was the last straw for me! absolutely DO NOT welcome constructive criticism or feedback from my experience! I rest my case! as the director of the company cannot rectify and listen to genuine concerns ur the issue not ur staff! it starts from the top! U clearly have no integrity and do not take pride in ur work! and it’s a pity as people fall for this rubbish, they are totally unprofessional and have no integrity in fact quick to shift the blame on u when they are given constructive criticism, rather than trying to rectify the above matters and many more they accused me of lying seems to be a similar pattern when u read other genuine reviews

I’m not going to continue responding to ur lies I have stated nothing but the truth and do not need to justify it on a review, there’s a clear pattern on these review ur a compulsive liar and totally unprofessional, rather than responding with more lies just work on improving what u do! And then u have the CHEEK to accuse others of lying and being RACIST! Very good cleaners very good team well worth the money, had a deep clean a fogging done and was all spotless by the end of the day. Faultless company, would highly recommend them one of the best companies in Manchester

After a supposed ‘deep clean’ our accommodation was left with dirty tissues on the floor, hair everywhere, stained bedsheets, full bins, the list goes on..when we got in touch the owner Zee was extremely defensive and rude - no apology whatsoever, we were advised that If we wanted to we were more than welcome to buy our own cleaning products and new bedding, which defeats the whole object of hiring exclusive pro cleaning. Their website is full of lies, no uniforms, no organic products, no customer service and I would hope they don’t treat their own hones like that as it was absolutely disgusting. Upon leaving negative reviews across other social media platforms to ensure this doesn’t happen to other people, myself and other guests have been verbally abused and called liars, and the review page has since been deleted, if they were that confident in their company and their cleaning standards they wouldn’t need to do that.

EDIT: after posting a review on their Facebook page I was attacked about my personal appearance and accused of being a liar. The page had no reviews until I posted my review which then was conveniently followed by fake accounts posting positive ones! It’s only when I posted pictures of the filth this company left behind (which I wish I could post here) in our Airbnb that they removed the review option on the Facebook page. Honestly the most disgusting people I have encountered.

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. Their website claims ‘our team treats your home like our own’. Well if that means she turns up in an Adidas tracksuit with a carrier bag of cleaning products (that are also not ‘organic’ like they claim on their website) then yes I suppose they do treat your property like their own. We were also told ‘if it’s not clean enough for you then get your own cleaning products!!! If this is how they treat clients then they can’t be getting any return business. Quite possibly one of the rudest people I have ever come across and clearly is in the wrong job because the house was no cleaner when she left! Very weird way to treat people who are giving you business

Recently got my apartment cleaned from exclusive pro cleaning, cleaner was very friendly & whole apartment was spotless at the end of the clean. Great company with great workers, highly recommend :)
